4 2011 WORLD TRANSPORT TRAINING FACILITIES INSURANCE NATIONAL FLAG & ANTHEM CURRENCY Airport transportation available to the official hotels from the host organizing committee $20 USD per person round trip. The organizing committee will offer free bus transport to the competition venue ONLY for delegations staying at the Holiday Inn and Marriott Chicago Schaumburg hotels. For Tuesday - Friday, training facilities will be organized at the headquarters hotel. Details will be given to the teams at the championship information office located at the Holiday Inn. Contestants are responsible for providing their own adequate insurance coverage. The organizing committee and the federation cannot accept any liability (see also the declaration of obligation). All delegations are responsible for providing their national flag as well as a tape and/or cd with their national anthem to the organzing committee. The currency in the United States is US Dollars. Exchange of currency or travelers checks is possible at the airport as well as nearby banks. ATM machines are readily available. The hotels are unable to exchange currency. All major credit cards are generally accepted at hotels, stores and restaurants. ENTRY FEES Individual or Team event/division 15 Euro each CHAMPIONSHIP TICKETS Spectators can obtain admission tickets to the 2011 World Shotokan Championship at the competition venue. A limited ticket allocation has been made for spectators from visiting countries. Tickets should be reserved no later than August 12, 2011 to guarantee entry to the event.
