1 Marquardt District 15 Food & Nutrition Services Catering Menu Policies and Procedures: We ask that a 10 day notice is observed, however feel free to contact our office for last minute availability. We also ask that a final guest count is given to us 3 working days prior to your event. Cancellations must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of your event. Billing will be sent at the end of the month unless you would prefer an invoice following your event. If that is the case, please contact our office. We are happy to cater any of your special events, so if you do not see what you are looking for on this menu, please contact our office directly and we would be pleased to provide you a quote. Food and Nutrition Services is a self-sustaining operation and must cover all related costs through pricing items at fair and reasonable mark up.

4 Sandwiches and Salads Gourmet Sandwich Box Lunches Each lunch features a freshly made sandwich, fresh fruit, bag of chips, cookie, and a bottle of water. $6.50/person Sandwich Choices Include: SA1- Honey Mustard Chicken on a Pretzel Roll: A seasoned baked chicken breast atop a honey mustard dressing on a soft pretzel roll with spinach, provolone cheese, and a red pepper slice. SA2- Turkey and Provolone on Ciabatta or Whole Grain Bread: Our smoked turkey breast with provolone cheese, spinach and tomato on a balsamic drizzled Ciabatta roll or whole grain bread. Can also be served with no dressing and Mayonnaise and Mustard on the side SA3- Roast Beef and Cheddar: Thinly sliced fresh roast beef, cheddar cheese, fresh spinach, tomato and a Dijon bistro sauce on your choice of fresh Kaiser roll, Pretzel roll, or Whole Grain roll. SA4- Ham and Cheese on Kaiser: Sliced Ham, Cheddar cheese, Lettuce, And Tomatoes on a fresh Kaiser roll. Served with Mayonnaise and Mustard on the side. SA5- Chicken Salad on Croissant: Our famous secret recipe chicken salad on a buttery fresh croissant and garnished with crisp lettuce. SA6- Tuna Salad Sandwich: A vegetarian option. Fresh homemade tuna salad with a hint of roasted red pepper served on a buttery fresh croissant or whole Grain bread and garnished with crisp lettuce. ~ SA7- Italian Wrap: Our smoked turkey breast and provolone cheese on a balsamic drizzled tomato basil wrap with baby spinach and roasted red pepper. SA8- Mediterranean Wrap: Cucumber, lettuce, red onion and feta cheese piled on top of roasted red pepper hummus. All wrapped in a spinach or honey wheat tortilla. SA9- Caprese on Sourdough Baguette: Fresh baked sourdough baguette with balsamic dressing, fresh spinach, tomato and cheese with a special basil seasoning blend. Sandwich Trays Sandwich trays can be made from your choice of sandwiches. Please choose up to 3 types of sandwiches and we will have 10 sandwiches per tray. 5 Gourmet Salad Box Lunches Each selection features an entrée sized salad, flat bread, cookie, and bottle of water. SAL1- Chicken Caesar Salad: Fresh crisp romaine lettuce with marinated, grilled chicken breast strips, Parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing served on the side. $6.00 Can be made as a plain Caesar Salad as well ($5.00) SAL2- Chopped Chicken Salad: A fresh mixture of salad greens accompanied by marinated, grilled chicken breast strips, diced fresh tomatoes, diced fresh cucumber, black olives, Barilla Plus pasta, and topped with blue cheese. Served with balsamic dressing. $6.50 SAL3- Garden Salad: A mix of crisp greens with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers and your choice of dressing. 7 Lunch or Dinner Buffets Each buffet choice includes bottled water, the appropriate silverware, napkins, plates and condiments. BUF1- Taco Bar Our own Taco bar with Your Choice of Chicken or Beef reduced fat taco meat, crisp fresh lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, and low-fat shredded cheddar cheese. Served with flour tortillas. $5.50/person To make it a taco salad bar add our own baked taco salad shells. $6.00/person Add seasoned black beans and Spanish rice. $1.00/person BUF2- Pizza and Salad- Choose from a variety of ten cut 16 pizzas. Chooses include cheese, pepperoni, or vegetable. A fresh garden or Caesar salad compliments the meal. $4.00/person Pizzas available for $10/ pizza BUF3- Soup and Salad- For your hearty soup please choose from Chicken Noodle, Cream of Chicken and Wild Rice, Fully Loaded Baked Potato, Vegetarian Minestrone, or Garden Vegetable. The soup is paired with a garden salad, dressing choices, and dinner rolls. $5.00/person Add on fresh baked sourdough bread bowls for your soup for $1.50/person. BUF4- Chili and Salad Bar- Rich and Hearty Chili served with cheddar cheese, onions, and sour cream as toppings. BUF 5- Italian Beef- Tender beef in a rich Italian style gravy served with hoagie buns. Accompanied with fresh baked pan mostaccioli. Vegetable lasagna made with an abundance of vegetables and cheese in a savory cream sauce. Meat lasagna made traditional with meat and cheese in a hearty tomato sauce. Accompanied by a garden or Caesar salad and fresh baked rolls. $6.50/person BUF 9- Chicken Marsala- Succulent chicken tenders in a rich and light Marsala sauce with mushrooms, fluffy steamed wild rice seasoned with herbs and chicken stock, and fresh seasonal vegetables steamed. $7.50/person

8 BUF10- Chicken Parmesan- A breaded chicken breast baked in our house marinara sauce with melted mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Served with penne in marinara, olive oil and garlic or Alfredo sauce with steamed vegetable du jour. $7.00/person BUF11- Create Your Own Pasta Bar: Penne Pasta with your choice of marinara sauce with meatballs or Alfredo sauce with chicken and vegetables.
