1 Executive Presenters Erich Clementi Senior Vice President, Global Technology Services Erich Clementi is the Senior Vice President for IBM Global Technology Services. In this role, Mr. Clementi has worldwide responsibility for cloud computing services, information technology and business process outsourcing, project-based services, and technical support services. Prior to this position, he ran IBM s strategy function responsible for identifying and executing major growth opportunities including cloud computing. In recent years, Mr. Clementi led the Business Systems Division in IBM Systems and Technology Group, as well as IBM s Global Process Services unit, and IBM s System z business. He joined IBM in Milan in 1984 and holds a degree in business administration from the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck, Austria. Brendan Hannigan General Manager, Security Systems Division, Software Group Brendan Hannigan is General Manager of the Security Systems Division for IBM Software Group, and brings more than 25 years of industry experience to his role. Previously, Mr. Hannigan was the president and chief executive officer of Q1 Labs, the acquisition of which catalyzed the creation of the Security Systems Division, an organization that responds to the market need for sophisticated, comprehensive and integrated approaches to enterprise security. Mr. Hannigan joined Q1 Labs in November 2003 as vice president of Marketing. He was promoted to executive vice president of Marketing and Product Engineering in March 2004, and was named chief operating officer (COO) in April Mr. Hannigan became president and COO in December 2007 and then was appointed chief executive officer in Prior to Q1 Labs, Mr. Hannigan was vice president of Marketing and Technology at Sockeye Networks; director of Network Research at Forrester Research; and served in a variety of senior-level product development roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, Wellfleet Communications, and Motorola. Mr. Hannigan holds a degree with honors in computer science from University College Dublin, Ireland.

2 Dr. John E. Kelly III Senior Vice President and Director, Research Dr. John Kelly is Senior Vice President and Director of IBM Research. He directs the worldwide operations of Research, with approximately 3,000 scientists and technical professionals at 12 laboratories in 10 countries, and helps guide IBM s overall technical strategy. Dr. Kelly s priorities are to stimulate innovation in key areas of information technology, to grow IBM s business and to help clients succeed. He also leads IBM s worldwide intellectual property business. Before beginning his current assignment in July 2007, Dr. Kelly was senior vice president of Technology and Intellectual Property, responsible for the company s technical and innovation strategies. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and group executive for IBM s Technology Group, responsible for developing, manufacturing and marketing microelectronics and storage technologies, products and services. Between 1994 and 2000, Dr. Kelly held several vice president and general manager positions across IBM s business. In 1990, he was named director of IBM s Semiconductor Research and Development Center. After joining IBM in 1980, he held numerous management and technical positions related to the development and manufacture of advanced semiconductor technologies. Dr. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in physics from Union College, and a Master of Science in physics and a doctorate in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In 2004, he received an honorary doctorate in science from The Graduate School of Union College, and in 2012 he received an honorary degree from Dublin City University. Robert LeBlanc Senior Vice President, Software and Cloud Solutions Group Robert LeBlanc is Senior Vice President, Software and Cloud Solutions Group. In this role, he has global responsibility for the strategy and management of IBM s industry-leading middleware and software solutions, which clients rely on to run their enterprises efficiently and securely and to deliver engaging experiences for customers and employees. Mr. LeBlanc also chairs IBM s Technology Team, a senior executive team responsible for setting the company s technology agenda. Mr. LeBlanc s previous senior leadership roles in Software include senior vice president, Middleware Software, responsible for driving the strategic direction for IBM's middleware technologies; general manager, Worldwide Software Sales; general manager, Application and Infrastructure Management, where he managed the WebSphere portfolio; and general manager, Tivoli. Mr. LeBlanc has also served as general manager, Global Consulting Services and Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), for IBM Global Business Services. In this role, he led IBM s core consulting practice and directed the company's SOA efforts. Mr. LeBlanc joined IBM in 1981 in Canada as a systems programmer trainee in the Toronto Laboratory. Mr. LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.

Mills Senior Vice President and Group Executive, Software and Systems Steve Mills was named to his current position as Senior Vice President and Group Executive, Software and Systems in This position added hardware and systems to the responsibilities he held since 2000 as senior vice president and group executive, IBM Software. In this capacity, Mr. Mills is responsible for directing approximately 110,000 employees spanning the development, manufacturing, sales, marketing and support professions. Under his leadership, IBM s product business contributed more than $40 billion of IBM's 2013 revenue. IBM's industryleading products provide critical business integration infrastructure that powers more than 100,000 enterprises around the world. Mr. Mills has held various executive leadership positions with IBM since 1989 and has played a leading role in the growth of IBM Software since its inception in He joined IBM in 1973 after graduating from New York s Union College. Bob Picciano Senior Vice President, Information and Analytics Group Bob Picciano was recently named Senior Vice President of the Information and Analytics Group, which includes Business Analytics, Information Management and Enterprise Content Management. In this role, he has global responsibility for the strategy and management of IBM s industry-leading big data, analytics and content management portfolio. Prior to this role, Mr. Picciano was general manager, Information Management. In that role he was responsible for database, data warehouse, information integration, master data management, integrated data management and associated software. Mr. Picciano has held numerous leadership positions with the company, most of them within the IBM Software business. These include general manager, Software Sales and general manager of Lotus Software. Mr. Picciano led the worldwide development and support of DB2 Linux, Windows and Unix platforms at the IBM Software Development Laboratory in Markham, Canada. He also was vice president for Data Servers, responsible for the development of the database portfolio. Mr. Picciano began his IBM career in 1987 in Bethesda, Maryland, as a software developer and holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Northeastern University.

4 Michael D. Rhodin Senior Vice President, Watson Group Mike Rhodin is Senior Vice President, IBM Watson Group. Watson is one of the most significant innovations in the company s 103-year history and represents a new era of information technology. The IBM Watson Group is charged with accelerating a new class of cognitive software, services and apps that will fuel a diverse cloud-based ecosystem of enterprises, academic institutions and entrepreneurs. Before heading up Watson, Mr. Rhodin led the Software Solutions Group, delivering industry-specific solutions in high-growth areas such as business analytics, smarter commerce, smarter cities and social business. Throughout his 30 years at IBM, Mr. Rhodin s career has been infused with a passion for helping clients extract value from their technology investments, improving their business performance, and simplifying the way people work. Mr. Rhodin has held a number of general management positions across IBM, including the Software business where he led the introduction of the company's social business platform. He was also instrumental in helping build IBM s globally integrated enterprise when he lead IBM Northeast Europe, which included Germany, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria and the Nordics. Mr. Rhodin joined IBM in 1984 after graduating from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in computer science. Virginia M. Rometty Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer Ginni Rometty is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of IBM. Mrs. Rometty was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, She became Chairman of the Board of Directors on October 1, Mrs. Rometty began her career with IBM in 1981 in Detroit, Michigan. Since then she has held a series of leadership positions in IBM, most recently as senior vice president and group executive, IBM Sales, Marketing and Strategy. In this role, she was responsible for business results in the 170 global markets in which IBM operates and pioneered IBM's rapid expansion in the emerging economies of the world. Prior to this, Mrs. Rometty served as senior vice president, IBM Global Business Services, where she led the successful integration of PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. This acquisition was the largest in professional services history, creating a global team of more than 100,000 business consultants and services experts. In prior leadership roles, Mrs. Rometty served as general manager of IBM Global Services, Americas, as well as general manager of IBM's Global Insurance and Financial Services Sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science with high honors in computer science and electrical engineering from Northwestern University.

5 Tom Rosamilia Senior Vice President, Systems and Technology Group and Integrated Supply Chain Tom Rosamilia is Senior Vice President of Systems and Technology Group (STG) and Integrated Supply Chain for IBM. He has global responsibility for all aspects of IBM s semiconductor, servers, storage, and the system software businesses, all of IBM s supply chain, and the company s Global Business Partners organization. Prior to this role, Mr. Rosamilia was vice president of Corporate Strategy and general manager of Enterprise Initiatives. In this role, he was responsible for IBM s strategic direction and developing the company s path forward in the new era of computing. Mr. Rosamilia joined IBM in 1983 as a software developer for the MVS operating system. He held a variety of programming and management positions in software development in the S/390 organization and became vice president of S/390 Software Development in Following a number of leadership roles in IBM Software Group, Mr. Rosamilia became general manager of IBM s WebSphere software division. In 2009, Mr. Rosamilia joined STG as general manager of System z and, soon after, Power Systems as well. In this role, he was responsible for all facets of both businesses, including strategy, marketing, sales, operations, technology development and overall financial performance. Mr. Rosamilia received a bachelor's degree from Cornell University, with majors in computer science and economics. In 2004, he completed the IBM Strategic Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School. Martin Schroeter Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Finance and Enterprise Transformation Martin Schroeter was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Finance and Enterprise Transformation on January 1, He was previously general manager of IBM Global Financing, a position he held since April 2011, where he led the world s largest captive information technology financier with a total asset base in excess of $37 billion and 125,000 customers in 50 countries. Mr. Schroeter also served as IBM treasurer, responsible for the company's balance sheet, cash flow, capital structure, interest rate and currency risk management and treasury operations. He has also held the role of assistant treasurer, Capital Markets, Investments and Foreign Exchange Operations. Prior to roles in Treasury, he served in a variety of business line and finance executive positions at IBM, including vice president of Global Technology Services, Asia Pacific; general manager of IBM Global Financing, Asia Pacific; and chief financial officer and finance director, IBM Australia and New Zealand. Mr. Schroeter received his undergraduate degree from Temple University and a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

6 Bridget van Kralingen Senior Vice President, Global Business Services Bridget van Kralingen is Senior Vice President of IBM Global Business Services (GBS), responsible for the strategy, execution, business results and client relationships for IBM s consulting, systems integration and applications management business. Previously, Ms. van Kralingen was general manager, IBM North America, and led GBS in Northeast Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She joined IBM from Deloitte Consulting in 2004 as global managing partner for Financial Services. In her current role, Ms. van Kralingen is transforming GBS to lead a business agenda defined by data and the technologies to exploit it. Under her leadership in 2014, IBM created the industry's first fully integrated consulting practice spanning Business Strategy and Analytics, and established IBM Interactive Experience as the world's premier digital agency. She also sponsors IBM s pro-bono initiative in microfinance, which created a cloud microfinance technology platform for Latin America, open source microfinance banking application with the Grameen Foundation, and designed loan products and the operating model for microfinance in South Africa. Ms. van Kralingen holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Master of Commerce from the University of South Africa.
