To make your appointment, phone the spa at Ext or call (404) Spa InterContinental is located on the 2nd floor of the InterContinental Hotel-Buckhead. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. Must be 18 or older to receive spa services. Cancelling a Spa Appointment Should you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24 hours notification in advance. Full payment is required should cancellation be received after this time. What to Wear For in-house guests, we recommend wearing the robe and slippers provided in your guest room. Alternately, we can provide you with a robe and slippers at Spa InterContinental. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately. Arrival at Spa InterContinental We suggest you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please understand that your treatments will start and end on time in order not to inconvenience the next guest. Male or Female Therapists You are welcome to state your preference for a male or a female therapist when you make your appointment. All of our professionally licensed therapists are trained to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. Precautions Be sure to notify your therapist or the Spa InterContinental receptionist should you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, other physical ailments or diabetes, or if you are pregnant. Shaving and Men s Facials For best results, we recommend that men shave a few hours prior to their facial. Valuables We suggest you leave all valuables in the safe provided in your guest room.
