Officers patrolled the surrounding area and were unable to locate the vehicle. Minneapolis Impound was contacted on behalf of the owner and the vehicle was not in their possession. Contractor was contacted to repair and MFD responded and cleared the building for use. Alcohol, Narcotics, Paraphernalia, and a firearm were discovered during the room search. Items in violation of college policy and/or state and federal law were seized. Reporting party was GOA and was unable to be reached for further information. Case #: /6/ :12 AM 2/6/ :30 AM and 2/6/ :15 AM Student report theft of backpack from motor vehicle. Backpack was turned into DPS from another student. Backpack returned to owner with no loss found. Students were under the influence of alcohol and smelled of marijuana. Narcotics and paraphernalia were confiscated. The vehicle was reported stolen with MPD and recovered shortly after.
