T.A.B.E Computer-Based Testing Centers - Open to Public Scroll down for a list of some locations across the State of Florida that offer the T.A.B.E. This is not a list of every location, so you may want to check for other testing centers in your immediate area. Whichever center you select, it is highly recommended that you call in advance to confirm testing dates, times, seating availability, and costs. Required Test: TABE 9/10A - Survey Version (90 minute test). A few centers only offer the Full Battery Version, (3 hour test), which is acceptable as long as the categories match the ones listed below. Mandatory testing categories: 1. reading 2. mathematic computation 3. applied mathematics 4. language 5. spelling The Plantation Police Department requires a score of 12.9 in each of the testing categories. If you score less than 12.9 in any category, you may retake just the test for that section. DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL YOU HAVE ACHIEVED A 12.9 IN ALL TESTING AREAS.
