Food and beverage as stated above is for the bride and groom only. Our wedding ceremonies are suitable for up to 80 guests depending on the location and are subject to change at all times due to inclement weather. 12 Booking Conditions The hotel is not responsible for ensuring that guests have the correct wedding paperwork and documents required in Thailand. The hotel is not responsible for any legalisation or other formalities. Reservations must be made at least one month in advance. A 30% deposit is required upon booking to secure the intended wedding date. Full pre-payment is required 30 days in advance. The couple is required to stay at the hotel at least two nights before the ceremony. The Wedding Package does not include accommodation or meal other than what is stated. The advanced one-month full pre-payment may not be refunded. The validity of indicated prices and tariffs apply on the date of proposal.
