Instructions to register for and complete Rudd Center CME Course

1 Step 1: To Register for the CME course, please visit and select Register from the website menu. Then proceed to enter all required information: This information is vital for course reaccreditation we will not share or sell your information with third parties. Lastly, enter the degree (MD, PhD, MS, etc.) you wish to appear on your CME certificate and then click Register. Page 1 of 6

2 Step 2: You will receive an at the address you provided in your registration. From there, click the link provided to receive your CME password or to create a new one. Use your new password and the username you created when registering to login here. Step 3: Once logged in you will be able to access the CME course material, post-test and feedback survey. Click on Weight Bias in Clinical Care to access the course material: Page 2 of 6

3 Weight Bias in Clinical Care: You have the option to scroll through the course material with the green arrows in the bottom right hand corner or you can select Click here for full screen to view the course material in full screen mode: Step 4: After reviewing the course content, please scroll down to take the post-test: Page 3 of 6

4 Step 5: Once you have selected all answers for the post-test click Submit Answers at the very end: Step 6: You must receive a 70% passing rate to proceed to the survey evaluation. Click Next Unit to proceed: Step 7: Please fill out each section of the required feedback survey: Step 8: Click Submit Answers at the end and Next Unit to proceed: Page 4 of 6

5 Weight Bias in Clinical Care: Step 9: The next units are optional and contain references and videos. Please click Mark as Completed at the end of each unit to proceed: Step 10: Once you have clicked Mark as Completed for the optional references and video units you will be able to download your Certificate of Completion by clicking Download Certificate. Your certificate will download into your browser. To save, use the File, Print option in your browser menu to print your certificate or save as a PDF. Page 5 of 6

6 Frequently Asked Questions 1) How do I return to my personal home screen, rather than the main website home page, after logging in? - Please click on Log In to return to the main user page and current user progress bar. 2) Can I download the course content and/or references as a PDF document? - If you would like a PDF version of the course content and/or references please contact info@ruddcentercme.org. 3) Can I enlarge the course content without going into full-size screen mode? - No, to increase the size of the course content window, you must click Click here for full screen view and enter the full screen mode. 4) Can I re-take the quiz if I fail? If so, how many attempts do I get to pass? - Yes, you may re-take the quiz and complete this requirement as many times as you need until you receive a minimum score of 70%. 5) I lost my Certificate of Completion. How can I get a copy? - Please info@ruddcentercme.org with your first and last name and address to obtain a copy. 6) I reviewed all the course content and completed the post-test and feedback survey, but I still haven t received my Certificate of Completion. - Thank you again for fulfilling these two requirements of this CME course. In order to receive your Certificate of Completion, you must visit all units in each of the three modules. Be sure you have selected Mark as Completed for the optional resources in Modules 2 and 3. In the last unit of Module 3, you should receive the option to download your Certificate. 7) I don t have access to a printer right now. Can you me the Certificate of Completion? - Yes, when you are ready to print, please info@ruddcentercme.org. Alternatively, as this certificate downloads as a PDF, you may save this document to your computer and print at your convenience. 8) My name and/or degree is incorrect on the Certificate of Completion.
