1 How to get to the Lynton Hotel London Welcome to the Lynton Hotel This guide explains how to get to the Lynton Hotel from London s airports, train stations and our local coach, train and tube station. Each destination is described on a separate sheet so that you only need to print the pages that relate to your own journey. is just a few minutes walk from Victoria train and tube station. And is less than 1 minute walk from Victoria coach station. Therefore, all of the travel sheets explain how to get to one of these two locations. You can then use the instructions at the start of this guide to walk the rest of the way, or you can take a taxi (approximately 5) if your bags are heavy. 2 How to get to the Lynton Hotel from Victoria Coach, Train and Tube stations. This sheet shows how to get to us from our local train, coach and tube stations. Therefore, please be sure to print off this sheet. Directions from Victoria coach station. Leave the bus station by main exit walking pass a pub on your right hand side called the Travellers Inn. Once in Elizabeth Street you turn right and walk to the first cross roads.on this corner you will find a wine bar called the Ebury wine bar. Turn right at the wine bar into Ebury Street and walk about 100 meters you will find us on your right hand side. Directions from Gatwick Express Platform at Victoria station On arriving at Victoria find the lift or escalator that will take you up to street level.on exiting the station you will see a taxi rank in front of you from this point we are less than a 5 minute walk away.turn right and walk down to the street. You then turn right and walk towards a major cross roads.cross this junction walking pass a Starbucks coffee shop in to a street called Ecclestone Street, continue walking till you reach the next set of traffic lights/ cross roads. You then turn left in to Ebury Street.We are 100 metres on your left hand side. Directions from Victoria Rail and Underground Station Once you arrive at Victoria underground station follow signs to main train station. Go to the front of the station and Stand facing the station with buses and taxis behind you. You then turn right and walk towards the main road (Buckingham Palace Rd). On this road you turn left in to Buckingham Palace Rd and walk along the outside of the station until you come to a cross roads ( the corner of the station ). At this cross roads turn right in to Ecclestone street, you will see a Starbucks coffee shop on this corner. You walk to the next set of traffic lights. At this corner you turn left in to Ebury Street. We are 100 meters on your left hand side.

Please also read the sheet about getting to us from Victoria coach, train and tube stations. Bus There is a direct bus route linking Waterloo and Victoria. You take the number 211 towards Hammersmith Broadway. Journey time is about 15 minutes and runs every 10 minutes and costs For The hotel you can get off the bus one stop after the station,we are then less than a 5 minute walk.visit for more information. Underground / Tube Take a Jubilee tube one stop to Westminster you then change to a west bound district /circle line tube for two stops. A single fare is 3.00 and the journey takes about 10 minutes. Bus Take the Bus 436 towards Lewisham / The Lewisham Centre or Bus 36 towards New Cross Gate Bus Garage. Get off when you get to Victoria. You must pay before you board the bus. 7 How to get to the Lynton Hotel from Heathrow airport You can get to us from Heathrow airport by tube, coach or taxi. Please also read the sheet about getting to us from Victoria coach, train and tube stations. By underground or tube If your luggage is light take the Piccadilly Line east bound. Change at Hammersmith to the District Line. Take the District Line train to Victoria which leaves from the same platform. Journey takes approximately 40 minutes and costs Note that due to work on the Piccadilly line there is no underground service to Terminal 4 until September Passengers travelling to and from Terminal 4 can use the replacement bus between Hatton Cross underground station and Terminal 4. Visit for more information. By coach From the central coach station located next to terminal 3 and close to terminals 1 and 2 take a national Express coach to Victoria coach station. Journey time 50 minutes cost We advise this method if you have a lot of heavy luggage. To transfer between the Terminal 4 and central bus station you can take the Heathrow Express free of charge. There is a lift from the underground walkway which leads from the Heathrow Express to the central bus station. The central bus station is open 24 hours a day, and the travel centre is open from 06:00-22:30. The bus station is well sign posted from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and is located above the London Underground station. Access to Terminals 1, 2 and 3 is via underground walkways. The approximate walking distance to Terminal 1 is four minutes, to Terminal 2 is three minutes and to Terminal 3 is seven minutes. Trolleys are provided nearby and there is a lift directly from the underground level to the central bus station. Please note that the last coach/ bus from Heathrow is at 9.35pm. Change here to the underground and take a Victoria line tube towards Brixton. Get off at Victoria station. The journey time is about 35 minutes to Tottenham Hale and 25 minutes to Victoria. By tube and Docklands Light Railway (DLR) From London City airport take the Docklands Light Railway directly to Canning Town, where you can pick up the Jubilee Line to Westminster. At Westminster you must change lines and take either the Circle or District Line to Victoria. Journey times are just 5 minutes into Canning Town and approximately 15 minutes into Westminster and 5 minutes to Victoria. Total time 25 minutes.
