The Hotel is located on a quiet residential street only moments away from Earls Court Underground Station where access to London s museums, entertainment, shopping and Theatre are less than a 15 minute journey away. 2 Accessible Public Transport Earls Court Underground Station is located 170m from the hotel and has direct links to Heathrow Airport (Piccadilly Line), the city, West End and Victoria Station (District Line). The station has ramp and step access from the street to the turn stile level and elevator access to the District Line and Piccadilly Line Platforms. 4 Car Parking There is an underground car park besides the hotel, with 19 bays, accessible by means of a downhill ramp. Parking spaces may be reserved in advance. The car park gate is 2.1m in height and 3.65m in width. From the car park, there is a ramp leading up to an automatic glass door (97cm in width) and Hotel entrance. The ramp is 11.27m in length, 2.5m wide (with no handrails) and tiled. Although mats have been laid down to prevent slipping in wet conditions, every care must be taken when using the ramp. (Assistance may be required to use this ramp) Page 4/16

5 Hotel Entrance Alternatively there are 6 steps (15-18cm high and 1.62m wide), with a railing on either side, leading up to the hotel entrance from street level. (Assistance with luggage will be provided.) The automatic glass door leading to the entrance hall is 87.5cm wide. The entrance hall is 4m long and 1.57m wide with an inside automatic door (width 1.03m) leading the reception lobby. Page 5/16

6 Reception The Reception lobby is a large, open area which has a carpet and wooden flooring. The reception desk is 1.13m in height. A Hearing Loop is available for guests with hearing impairment. A wheelchair, crutches and a walking-stick are available for guests with mobility impairment. There is seating within this area. Page 6/16

7 Lifts / Elevators Leading off from the reception lobby are 2 guest lifts, with direct access to the Business Lounge, Wellness area and guest bedrooms. The left lift is 1.44m deep and 1.14m wide The right lift is 1.28m deep and 81cm wide Both lifts incorporate a hand rail at the rear. The lift control buttons are tactile and are at a height of 43cm. 8 Public Areas The entrance to the bar is 2.51m The height of the bar is 1.14m and the bar stools are 80.5cm high. There is seating with and without armrests. The chairs are 44cm high and 49.5cm wide (the arms of the chair are 18.5cm high) Height of the table is 67cm. Coffee table near fireplace has a height of 42cm (Height of chair as above) Page 8/16

9 Restaurant The breakfast room/restaurant is a wide area and has seating with and without armrests and a clear space beneath the table of at least 70cm The height of the chairs is 47.5cm and 47cm wide (the height of the armrest is 20cm). (Staff will provide assistance to those who need it.) Page 9/16

10 Business Lounge There are 18 marbled stairs (height 18cm), with a railing on the right hand side leading down to the business lounge. The fire door is 87cm wide and opens in towards the business lounge. Page 10/16

11 The height of the computer desk is 75.5cm, with a clear space of 60cm underneath and the chair is 44cm in height. Page 11/16

12 Public WC The width of the corridor leading from the business lounge to the public powder rooms is 86cm. The door to the public WC has a clear opening of 66cm and opens inwards. The height of the sink is 86cm. The height of the toilet is 45cm and can be accessed through a 51.5cm wide door. Page 12/16

13 Garden and Smoking Lounge To access the garden there are 7 steps (15-18cm in height) with a railing on either side and 3 steps (15-16cm in height) leading up to the smoking lounge. An alternative step free route is also available with assistance. The height of the garden/smoking table is 71.5cm. The chairs are 45.5cm high and 45cm wide (height of armrest is 17.5cm) Page 13/16

14 Bedrooms and En-Suite WC There are 154 en-suite bedrooms, 8 of which are on the ground floor and may be suitable for guests with disabilities. The ground floor rooms lead off from reception and can be accessed by passing through a 71.50cm wide fire door. The door to Room #001 is 76cm wide, clear opening, with 1.56m x 1.10m open space opposite the door. The width of the corridor leading from the entrance hall to the room, which has a large open space, is 95.5cm. The height of the bed, from the floor to the top of the mattress, is 56cm. (Assistance may be required by some guests to open and close windows and curtains.) Page 14/16

15 There is a narrow doorway accessing the en-suite bathroom. The height of the sink is 89.5cm and has 60cm open space beneath. The height of the toilet is 39cm. The rim of the bath is 51.5cm high. A rubber bath mat is provided to prevent slipping and a hand rail can be found on the right hand side. Assistance may be needed to get in and out of the bath. Some rooms on the ground floor have baths. A bath seat can be requested. Some rooms on the ground floor have walk in showers. A shower stool can be requested. Page 15/16
