1 JUDO TRAINING CAMP - PORTUGAL 2015 FOR BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED November 30 th December 02 nd INFORMATIONS AND ENTRY FORM Dear Friends, The and the Portuguese Sports Federation for People with Disability have the pleasure to invite your blind and visually impaired judo athletes to take part in the JUDO TRAINING CAMP PORTUGAL 2015 for Blind & Visually Impaired, which will take place in Aldeia dos Capuchos (a few kilometers from Lisbon and nearby the Atlantic Continental Coast) 1. DATE The training camp will be held from the 30 th of November to the 02 th of December PARTICIPATION The training Camp is OPEN to any Athletes with B1, B2 and B3 category from all Countries, notwithstanding the eventual participation of some Olympic Portuguese Athletes. 3. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Arrival date: November, 30 th ; Departure date: December, 03 rd * * The delegations which will not participate on the IBSA Judo European Championships Portugal 2015 should arrive on the 29 th of November of 2015 or on the 30 th of November 2015 no later than 8h00 A.M. 2 4. INSCRIPTIONS The inscriptions must arrive at the Organising Committee until the 15 th of September. Please see Annexes 1 and 2 Please take note: The organizer has the right to cancel the Training Camp if the number of the inscriptions will be less than thirty. In that eventuality the Organizer will credit all the amounts transferred by the delegations no later than 15 th of November 2015, without any other responsibilities or liabilities or any kind of interests, fines, taxes or charges. 5. REGISTRATION FEE, TRANSPORTS AND MEALS: The fee is 120 Euro ( ) (double room) or 135 Euro ( ) (single room)* per person / per day. * The number of single rooms is limited; the organizer will give priority to the first bookings. The fee includes: participation fee, transfers from Altis Park Hotel (or Lisbon International Airport), to the Meliã Hotel Capuchos (local of the training camp), and from the Meliã Hotel Capuchos to Lisbon International Airport, accommodation, meals in full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), from lunch on Monday (November 30 th ) till breakfast on Thursday (December 03 rd ). The meals will be served at the restaurant of the Hotel. The delegations which will not participate on the IBSA Judo European Championships Portugal 2015 and will arrive on the 29 th of November can be accommodated until the next day in the 4* Hotel "ALTIS Park AV. ACCOMMODATION (DURING TRAINING CAMP) Teams will be accommodated in the Hotel Meliã Hotel Capuchos (find enclosed the Attachment) which is also the local where the training camp will take place. 7. MEDICAL ATTENDANCE The training camp venue will have all the necessary support for urgent medical assistance for every participant. 8. INSURANCE All members of your delegation MUST have an international travel and personal accident insurance. Each national federation is responsible for insuring its competitors against injury and third part risk (public liability) during the period of the training camp. The Organizing Committee of the Judo Training Camp Portugal 2015 declines all responsibility.
