1 Handheld Thermometer F100 Series The F100 high performance handheld 2-channel thermometer for Pt100 and Thermistor probes. If you re looking for a step up in measurement accuracy with a battery powered, handheld thermometer, the F100 is for you. 2 Handheld Thermometer F100 Series The F100 can handle all your needs, with accuracies and resolutions normally associated with a bench top thermometer. Two inputs give you direct temperatures from Pt100 or Thermistor probes, or you can display the temperature diference between them. You can log measurements directly to memory or, if you prefer, use the USB port to control and data log with your PC. F100 will display for you a statistical analysis of your measurements, with average value, min and max values and standard deviation. Because F100 will display in ohms as well as temperature, you can even use it to calibrate one probe against another. Most instruments require you to enter calibrated probe data into memory to optimise measurement accuracy, which can mean a lot of data entering if you change probes regularly. With ASL s SMART connector on your probes, you only need to store the data once - in the connector! The calibration data stays with the probe - permanently. You can even use it on another F100 without any further action. The SMART connector saves you time and reduces error. If you have existing calibrated or uncalibrated probes, no problem, F100 automatically registers if a probe is SMART or normal. 3 Precision Thermometers F200 Series The F200 series 3/4 wire PRT Precision Thermometers comprises of two models: Model F200 accepts 4 wire PRTs, Model F201 accepts both 3 & 4 wire PRTs. High Performance 2 or 8 channel, 3 and 4 wire Precision Digital Thermometers for use with calibrated and uncalibrated Pt100 probes, with great new features for increased usability and lower life-costs. Using calibrated probes with the F200 thermometer series you choose between storing calibration data into memory in the instrument or into the probe s proprietary SMART connector. Calibration data stays permanently with the probe in this connector, which the F200 series instantly recognizes, ensuring best measurement accuracy. 4 Precision Thermometers F200 Series Calibration Using a built-in calibration routine, the operator can re-calibrate the F200 instrument range using a calibrated, traceable reference resistor. This feature is password protected. Other features have been included for F200 range when using SMART probes, like the Temperature Watchdog and the Calibration Status Monitor. The Temperature Watchdog, continuously monitors the temperature of SMART probes and, if any are used outside their speciied working range, the probe history record is updated. This way you can see at a glance if your probes have ever been used outside their calibrated range, as this may afect their calibration validity. The Calibration Status monitor alerts you with an onscreen message when a SMART probe is due for recalibration. Applications The F200 series is used in a variety of industries and applications where precision combined with portability is required. The F252 is the fastest commercial AC Bridge of this precision and faster than any DC Bridge of similar speciication. It is also the irst AC Bridge to be launched with ASL smart probe capability. 6 Precision Thermometer F252 The F252 also comes with two channels as standard, but four and six channel variations are available with each channel able to work with up to 72 user-deined probes so providing spot on calibration. It also ofers single, diferential and alternative measurement modes. Using calibrated probes with the F252 you can choose between storing the calibration data into the memory of the instrument or if using ASL SMART probes can be entered into these. The SMART probe data can also be reviewed and edited therefore easy calibration of ASL SMART probes. 7 Precision Thermometer F500 The F500 provides you with high accuracy, dual channel temperature measurement for Platinum Resistance Thermometers (PRT) and exploits the inherent advantages of AC bridge technology to maintain repeatable measurements with unique levels of performance and speed. The F500 has 25Ω and 100Ω Internal Standard resistors and with an extended range of ohms is capable of measuring temperature ranges to meet ITS90, CVD, EN60751 & IEC751 standards and results are delivered via an anti-relective LCD backlit display with large numeric, Average, Std Dev, Min, Max and n sample count statistical or graphical information.
