3 A. The Online Wholesale Ordering System Description Alabama Interactive has created an online wholesale ordering system for the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board which allows users to request, view, update, accept, and close wholesale orders. Link 1. Registering a New User 1. On the login page, click the Register button. 2. Fill out the appropriate fields. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. Once finished, click the Register button. Page 3 of 19
4 3. You have now successfully registered and can log into the site with the login username and password you just created. 2. Creating a New Order 1. On the login page, enter your username and password and click the Login button. 2. To create a new order, please click the Create New Order link. Page 4 of 19
5 3. You can select items for your order using 3 ways: by Category, Product Code, or Description. 4. Once you select your desired product, click the Go! Button. Page 5 of 19
6 5. Select the desired quantities you would like of the item. If a number cannot be entered into a quantity box, that quantity is not available for purchase. Once satisfied with your amounts, click the Add to Cart button. 6. If the quantities you ve selected are available, you will see the following message. Page 6 of 19
7 7. If any quantities you ve selected are not available, you will see something like the following message. The amount closest to your desired quantities will be placed in your shopping cart. 8. The Shopping Cart link at the top of the screen will now be populated with the number of different items you have selected. 9. Continue adding your desired items and quantities by repeating steps 3-5 as necessary. Once finished adding items to your cart, click the Shopping Cart link at the top of the page to review your order. 10. Here you will see all the items and quantities in your order. If you would like to continue adding items to you cart or forgot to add an item, you can click the Continue Shopping button. If you continue shopping, repeat steps 3 5 and click the Shopping Cart link when finished adding items. Page 7 of 19
8 11. If would like to make a change to your existing items, you can update item quantities or remove item(s) from your cart. To update an item, enter the new quantity into the respective quantity box and select the Update Items button. 12. To remove an item, click the checkbox next to that item and select the Remove Selected Items button. Note: You may also remove an item by entering the number 0 in the quantity box and selecting the Update Items button. Page 8 of 19
9 13. Once you are satisfied with your order, you can add comments for the store in the Add a Comment field, for example, when you would like to pick up the order at the store. When finished with comments if adding any, click the Submit Order button. 14. Your order has now been placed with the store. The associated with that username will receive a confirmation . The store will receive an that your order has been placed as well. Page 9 of 19
10 3. Finding a Pending Order 1. Once logged in, from the main menu click the View Pending Orders link. Page 10 of 19
11 2. If you have submitted an order request and the store has not accepted it yet, you ll see the pending order here. To see more details about a specific order, click the 16-digit number in the Order ID column. 3. More order details will be shown on the next screen. If you would like to print the details you see, you can click the Print the order below link at the top of the order. Page 11 of 19
12 4. Finding a Closed/Past Order 1. Once logged in, from the main menu click the View Past Orders link. Page 12 of 19
13 2. If you have submitted an order request and the store has accepted and closed it, you ll see the order in a Closed status here. To see more details about a specific order, click the 16-digit number in the Order ID column. 3. You can also search for a specific order(s) by date range by selecting dates via the icon for the From Date and To Date fields and clicking Continue. Skip to 5. Page 13 of 19
14 4. Or, if you know the exact order ID of the order you would like to view, you can enter it in the Order ID field and click Continue. 5. To see more details about a specific order, click the 16-digit number in the Order ID column. The order details will look like the example below. Page 14 of 19
15 5. Reordering a Past Order 1. Follow the steps for Finding a Closed/Past Order above. Once you have selected a past order to view, that order will be displayed and you will have the option to re-order from this screen. Page 15 of 19
16 2. You can change the store to re-order from in you would like. Page 16 of 19
17 6. Changing Your Default Store 1. Once logged in, from the main menu click the Change Store link. 2. Select your desired store from the dropdown list. 3. If you would like to make that store your default store, click the checkbox next to Save as default store. Click Continue. Page 17 of 19
18 4. The store you selected will now appear on the main menu and will appear when you place an order. 7. View/Edit User Accounts 1. Once logged in, from the main menu click the View/Edit User Account link. Page 18 of 19
