3 INFORMATION MANDATORY DINNER HALF BOARD DINNER (3- COURSE SET MENU) Applicable for all guests except on the Christmas Eve & New Year s Eve, please advise in advance for special dietary requirements Adult: 34 per night Children under 12: 22 per night MANDATORY CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER ON Applicable for all guests in Glass or Snow igloos Adult: 123 Children under 12: 97 MANDATORY NEW YEAR S EVE DINNER ON Applicable for all guests in the Hotel Adult: 139 Children under 12: 108 ALL CABINS Extra 30 will be applied for guests who have only 1 night stay in cabins Room rate includes breakfast only, dinners mentioned above are mandatory All cabins are equipped with bathroom, sauna and fireplace, there are 3-5 pieces of firewood with matches for you to start with, extra firewood is at 13 per box (self-service for collection, please pay at reception) Christmas Program package applies from to to all cabins, it is a 3-night package including 2- way airport transfer from Ivalo Airport, 3 nights stay in the same cabin, 2 normal half board dinners and the festive program on the Christmas Eve with a buffet dinner and Santa s Home Visit Special rate is available for guests who stay for 7 nights or more, please contact us for more information GLASS AND SNOW IGLOOS The construction of snow igloos is weather dependent, usually ready by the end of December Room rate includes breakfast only, dinners mentioned above are mandatory Luggage should be left in the luggage room in the main building, only a bag or hand carry-on with essentials is recommended to bring with you to igloos Saunas, showers and warm toilets are available in a separate building, guests can enjoy the evening sauna from 17:00 to 22:00 while showers are operating 24 hours a day. There are towels, bathing gel, shampoo and hairdryer in the changing room All our Glass igloos have single beds Each Small Glass Igloo has a toilet and a small basin, Large Glass Igloo has a toilet, basin and a shower room inside, while Snow Igloo has no toilet nor basin inside The temperature inside the Glass igloos is set at around 21 There are sockets inside the Glass igloos, please bring along the adaptors if needed For the Snow igloos, please ask for your sleeping bag and instructions from reception when you have finished your evening meal For Glass Igloo users, please do not touch the glass, pour water or throw any objects to the glass roof CHANGING CABINS AND IGLOOS DURING YOUR STAY Check-out time is at 10:00. Please vacate your cabin or igloo before 10:00, you could leave your luggage in the luggage room before checking in to the new room. The check-in time will be around 14:00-15:00. GENERAL INFORMATION Daily cleaning is not included in the room rate, except for suites. It could be arranged with additional charge at 13 per night, please reserve in advance Guests can borrow our wooden sleighs for luggage handling within our hotel, should you request the luggage handling service from us, it will be at 9 per way, please reserve in advance The closest airport is the Ivalo Airport which is 35km away, about 30 minutes drive from Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort. Transfer service can be arranged at 26 per way, half price for children under 12. Please book in advance with flight number and time All safaris and activities must be reserved through the hotel, only chartered suppliers are allowed to pick up guests from our hotel. Safaris and activities can be booked also on spot, however we do recommend our guests to book the activities in advance to avoid disappointment on arrival in case our suppliers get fully booked

4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS Guests send us request, we will check the availability and revert within 72 hours In order to secure the reservation, 50% of the deposit has to be received in our account within 5 days, if the lead time of the booking is less than 60 days, 100% has to be settled. If the payment cannot be received in 5 days, we reserve the right to release any tentative bookings without any further reminder We currently accept Visa, Master, Diners and American Express Service fee of 20 is applied to each transaction we assist. You can also pay by link payment or to our account. All safaris and activities must be reserved through the hotel Final payment should be settled 60 days before arrival CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUALS: After the deposit payment, 30% of the estimated total is non-refundable days before arrival, 50% of the estimated total is non-refundable 60 days before arrival, 100% is non-refundable Cancellation charges apply to accommodation and half board. For activities, we have a 24 hours cancellation policy: No date change nor decrease in attendance is allowed for activities within 24 hours. If changes as mentioned are required, 100% of the estimated total will be charged For reservations of Icebreaker Sampo and overnight safaris, full deposit has to be settled at the time of reservation.
