The competition will be swim under technical rules and anti-doping terms of the DSV. By registration, teams have to ensure that participation of their athletes is without any risks to health. 2. One-Start-Rule will be used in all events. 3. Age Groups: Female: Open age group + 01/ / /06 Male: Open age group + 99/ / Heats are set by entry times. The six fastest swimmers of the heats start of each special group. There is none finals of 100 m for the rating groups 05/06 female and male. During the 800 m and 1500 m - events in Section 1, there may be double assignments of tracks depending on the number of messages.

4 All 200 m events are limited to max. 7 heats. The respective first run is advertised exclusively for the athletes of SVMV. 400 m IM and 400 m Freestyle are limited to max. 7 heats, 800 m Freestyle and 1500 m Freestyle are limited to max. 5 heats, includes, that exists a double assignments of tracks for the first three events. In case of non-consideration, teams will be informed timely. 5. Places 1-3 of each age group will get a certificate. Places 1-3 of each final (50 m, 100 m and relay) will be honoured with medals immediately. 6. Competition records are awarded with 25,00 Euro. There is just one record accepted per event. In case of a tie (heats / final) score only the first realized record. Case of a tie (new VR) by more athletes in the same run to get the concerned proportionately the record prize. Best single performances of men and women in each age group will be honoured with non-cash prizes. 7. Payment: per single start 800 m/1500 m 8,00 Euro per single other 6,00 Euro per relay 9,00 Euro 8. In case of registering via please transfer the entry fee to our bank account or pay it in cash at your arrival in exceptional case. Reason: 61 th. The organizer accepts no liability for accidents, theft or damages of any kind, as well as not even culpably failure / termination of the event or of parts of the event. 13. We will not send any starting lists the final list will be released on our website just in time. There will be a version for corrections sent to you before please give us a quick response then, so we can correct possible mistakes.

5 Paid entry fee for non-starting athletes will not be refunded. Late registration after the deadline (also substitutes) are not possible. 14. Result lists will only be copied, when you explitly ask for it. Electronic result data and lists will be sent via after the competition. 15. You can pick up your certificates after the sessions we will just send it to you with a suitable prepaid envelope. We will not send trophies or awards, which you missed to pick up. 16. According to the number of entries, we reserve the right to change the timetable and schedule. In case of changes, information will go out to all registered teams timely. 17. The approval of the event upon request to the Landesschwimmverband. 18. Handicapped persons with specific classification need to apply to the terms and conditions of the DBS and the IPC. 19.
