Bernalillo, New Mexico /1/2017 ESTIMATED WITH AUGUST DATA.Bernalillo uses the CPI of September 2015-September 2016 of all Urban Consumers/All US City Average. Using the same measure for August-August, it is reasonable to assume Bernalillo's rate could go up by 1.09% to $8.74. law requires that the cash wage and tips must equal the applicable minimum wage in order for the reduced wage to be paid.
