3 SmartTAP Installation and Configuration Course Description The SmartTAP installation and configuration course provides hands-on training in the installation and configuration of the SmartTAP recorder hardware and software components. The student will be presented with the technology information and procedures to successfully perform a standard SmartTAP installation. Depending on systems availability, the students will have the opportunity to practice the newly learned skills on hands-on session at the end of the course. 4 SmartTAP User Training Course Description The SmartTAP User Training course provides hands-on training in the day-to-day use of the SmartTAP recorder. The student will be presented with the description of all features accessible through the WEB interface. Depending on systems availability, the student will have the opportunity to practice the newly learned skills on hands-on session at the end of the course. Related Documentation SmartTAP User Guide Target Audience This course is for all authorized users of the SmartTAP recorder. Those are users that will be responsible for the system administration, and the users that will access the system to search and utilize call recordings.
