SUSPENSION We use 8-guage sinuous steel springs, spaced 5 apart for added support and comfort. Springs are hand secured into position with Versare spring insulator to prevent squeaking. The Versare also prevents the padding from going down into the springs, which can occur in lesser quality (imported) products. PADDING All our Comfort-Fit furniture is padded on all sides with bonded Dacron fiber to create the exact look you desire. All backs are fully finished and suitable for floating in a room. FABRICS We have over 53,197 STANDARD fabrics and leathers in our Comfort-Fit program. As with all upholstery, fabrics and leathers have a GRADE assigned to each. The higher the grade, the more $. Special Order Fabrics If we can t find a Standard fabric or leather you like, we can help you select from our nearly dozen other fabric/ leather vendors (with millions of fabrics) to find the perfect fabric or leather for you. This may extend the lead-time a few weeks, as the factory will not put your pieces in their production schedule until they receive your specific fabric or leather from us. Upholstery Fabrics Durability Not all fabrics should be used for upholstery. All fabrics are subjected to a test to determine their resistance to abrasion, or resistance to wear. This test is called the Wyzenbeek Test. The result of this test is the number of Double Rubs the fabric can withstand before showing noticeable wear. We recommend using fabrics or leathers for upholstery which have a minimum rating of 30,000 Double Rubs or higher for your Comfort-Fit pieces. MAINTENANCE You should look forward to many years of enjoyment from your Comfort-Fit sofa, chair, or sectional. However, all upholstered furniture requires some maintenance. It is important to regularly vacuum and rotate cushions. Softer fabrics and fills will require more fluffing and cushion rotation. Your Comfort-Fit Expert will advise you what specific maintenance is needed for your piece(s).

4 CUSHIONS The single most important factor effecting both the look and comfort of upholstered furniture is the choice of cushion fill. While most furniture stores offer only one or maybe two cushion types, we offer four cushion types in our Comfort-Fit products, to ensure your ultimate comfort. CLOUD FOAM Our most popular and luxurious foam option. Cloud foam is a mid-density foam, wrapped in a zero-deflection foam layer to effectively preserve the crown of the cushion. Cheaper products use Dacron foam, which can collapse in months. PREMIUM FOAM Firm seating with extra support Premium Foam is the highest density foam we offer. It too is wrapped in a zerodeflection foam layer to effectively preserve the crown of the cushion. You wont find such high quality foam in cheap imported products. LUX-DOWN WRAP A premium synthetic down seat you ll melt into Our Lux-Down Wrap cushion has a cloud foam core, wrapped in a channeled cover filled with clustered polyester fiber. Lux-Down provides the comfort and feel of down, but requires only a fraction of the maintenance. Lux-Down is hypoallergenic and you will never be picking feathers SPRING LUX-DOWN Lux-Down with the extra support of hand placed springs Our Spring Lux-Down cushion has a cloud foam core with internal spring support. 5 BACK CUSHIONS As opposed to what you will find at most furniture stores, we offer two standard options for back cushion fills in our Comfort- Fit products. Each back cushion is custom fabricated to fit your piece. FIBER The feel of down without the maintenance Our fiber fill is a high loft polyester fiber cushion. This type of cushion requires minimal maintenance and is the perfect choice for clients with hypoallergenic needs. This back cushion type retains its shape well. LUX-DOWN The tradition of luxury Our Lux-Down polyester fiber fills a channeled cover in our most luxurious back cushion option. Lux-Down provides the comfort and feel of down, but requires only a fraction of the maintenance. Lux-Down is hypoallergenic and you will never be picking feathers out of your cushion. OTHER CRITICAL ASPECTS TO ENSURE YOUR COMFORT SEAT DEPTH Most furniture store upholstery is built for the Average person. Are you of Average stature? Most people aren t. You re probably shorter or taller than Average. You are probably wider or narrower than Average. We build each and every Comfort-Fit piece to the seat depth which is best for you, not for the Average person. That way, your Comfort-Fit piece will fit you perfectly. BACK ANGLE The angle of the back of your piece is critical to your comfort. If you are leaning too far back, it can seem awkward and difficult to get out of the piece. If the back is too upright, you may feel like you are falling forward. We make sure the back angle of your piece is just right for you. If necessary, we ll even adjust the back of the wood frame to get you the back angle that is right for you. Their furniture is designed and built for the average person By necessity, the stock furniture at most furniture stores must be built to fit average people. Thus their stock furniture is built for the average person. But, the average person really doesn t exist. Most people are taller or shorter than average. Most people are bigger or smaller than average. Unless you are of average build, most pieces at furniture stores will not fit you properly. They guessed what you would want today, some 9-12 months ago. There are 4 major markets per year in the furniture industry. Two in High Point, North Carolina and two in Las Vegas, Nevada. At these markets, manufacturers display their new product lines and styles. At these markets furniture stores place orders to stock their stores, usually in limited colors and configurations. The manufacturers combine all the orders received at these shows and then put the orders into production...usually at overseas plants. It may take nine to twelve months after a market for the product to show up at the furniture store s warehouse. Is that what you want in your home? 3. They want to sell what they have In-Stock, vs. what is best for you. Because the furniture store has a heavy investment in the furniture in their warehouse, they will do everything they can to sell you what is In-Stock, versus what would be best for you. The color might not be right; the fit might not be right; the size might not be right, but they will do their best to convince you it is right for you (usually without ever going to your home). 7 Lifetime Warranty Your Comfort-Fit Upholstery comes with a Lifetime Warranty. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is to the original purchaser. This Lifetime Warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the following components: Frame Springs Foam Construction The fabric is covered under a separate warranty from the fabric manufacturer. The fabric warranty varies by manufacturer and fabric type. The fabric warranty is typically oneyear or less, and covers defects in material only. All fabrics we recommended should last you a long, long time. 120 Day Comfort Fit Guarantee Your Comfort-Fit Upholstery comes with our Industry Leading 120 Day Comfort-Fit Guarantee. If within 120 days of delivery, you are not completely satisfied with the FIT and COMFORT of any piece, we will adjust* the FIT until you are completely satisfied.
