1 15% Cash Back on Saturday at Petron Stations with PB-Petron Visa Gold Credit Card Acquisition and Usage Campaign Campaign Period Terms and Conditions 1. The campaign is valid from 1 November 2016 till 28 February 2017 ( Campaign Period ). Eligibility 2. The campaign is open exclusively for all New-to-Bank PB-Petron Visa Gold Credit Card Cardmembers ( Qualified Cardmember ). 3. The following persons are excluded from participating in this campaign :- Cardmember(s) of invalid or cancelled or delinquent account at any time during the Campaign Period and the time of fulfillment; Existing PB-Petron Visa Gold Credit Cardmember; Former PB-Petron Visa Gold Credit Cardmembers who have cancelled his/her PB- Petron Visa Gold Credit Cardmember within one (1) year from the date of current application; Employees of the Public Bank Group, its advertising agencies, their immediate families or any other persons connected with the administration of the Campaign. Participation Criteria 4. Qualified Cardmember must spend at Petron service stations on any Saturday during the Campaign Period.
2 Eligible transaction dates are :- Month / Year Date November , 12, 19, 26 December , 10, 17, 24, 31 January , 14, 21, 28 February , 11, 18, Principal Cardmember is required to register via a ONE (1) time Short Message Service (SMS) during the Campaign Period and send to in the following manner :- Key in PBPE<space>16-digit Principal Credit Card Number and send to (e.g. PBPE ) Any SMS registration with a Supplementary Card Number shall not be accepted and shall void. 5.1 The Eligible Cardmember is responsible to ensure that the SMS details are complete, accurate and sent during the Campaign Period. Proof of SMS sent does not constitute a confirmation of receipt by the Bank. 5.2 The Eligible Cardmember who successfully registers for the Campaign will receive a SMS confirmation from the Bank. A standard normal Telco Operator charges apply for each SMS registration and shall be fully borne by the Eligible Cardmember. 5.3 The Bank reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify any registration due to duplicate entries, incomplete/ inaccurate SMS, late entries, error message, unsuccessful registration due to network failure and/ or interruption experienced by a Telco Operator or for any reason whatsoever as the Bank may in its absolute discretion deem fit.
3 5.4 If the date and time of a successful SMS registration or transaction date and time captured in the Bank s system differs or a dispute arises as to when the registration took place, the Bank s system date and time shall prevail. 5.5 After the successful SMS registration, the Eligible Cardmember is required to use his new PB-Petron Visa Gold Credit Card in the following manner to qualify for the Cash Back under this Campaign:- 15% Cash Back on Saturday at Petron Stations 6. Upon satisfying the criteria, the Qualified Cardmember stand to get 15% Cash Back on their eligible transactions made through the Campaign Period. 7. 4 8. Maximum Cash Back per card account per month is RM50 and maximum Cash Back per transaction is capped at RM10. The principal cardmember and all his/her supplementary cardmembers are entitled and are sharing the maximum Cash Back, which will be credited to the principal cardmember s credit card account. 9. Cash Back will be credited to eligible cardmembers within four (4) to six (6) weeks after end of each month. General Terms and Conditions 10. The Bank reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add on to these Terms and Conditions from time to time with at least twenty one (21) calendar days prior notice which notice of such change, amendment, deletion or addition shall be published on the Bank's website By participating in this Campaign, the Eligible Cardmember : a) shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions stated herein. The decision of the Bank shall be final, binding and conclusive. No correspondence, disputes and appeals will be entertained; b) agrees and consents that information regarding his/her can be processed, collected, used and stored by the Bank for the purpose of this Campaign; c) agrees that the decision of the Bank will be final, binding and conclusive and that no appeal, correspondence, queries or protests will be entertained; and d) agrees and consents that the Bank, as the case may be, may use his/her registered contact number for marketing purposes within the Bank. 12. The Bank reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by the Bank of the Campaign shall not entitle the Eligible Cardmember to any claim or compensation against the Bank for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Eligible Cardmember as a direct and indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

The Bank shall not be liable, whether direct or consequential, for any loss and damage or whatsoever suffered by the Eligible Cardmember caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from his/her participation in the Campaign as a result of any act or omission on the part of the Bank. 14. The Terms and Conditions herein are in addition to and without prejudice to the Terms and Conditions stated in the Cardmember Agreement applicable to the Eligible Cardmember s Card Account. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the said Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in so far as they apply to the 15% Cash Back on Saturday at Petron Stations with PB- Petron Visa Gold Credit Card campaign. 15. In the event of a conflict, discrepancy or variance in the terms and conditions in the English Language version and Bahasa Malaysia version, the terms and conditions of the English Language version shall prevail. END
6 Kempen Pemerolehan dan Penggunaan `Pulangan Tunai 15% pada hari Sabtu di Stesen Petron dengan Kad Kredit Emas PB-Petron Visa Tempoh Kempen Terma dan Syarat 1. Kempen ini sah mulai 1 November 2016 hingga 28 Februari 2017 ( Tempoh Kempen ). Kelayakan 2. Kempen ini dibuka secara eksklusif kepada Ahli Kad Kredit Emas PB-Petron Visa baharu ( Ahli Kad yang Layak ). 3. Mereka yang berikut dikecualikan daripada mengambil bahagian dalam kempen ini:- Ahli kad akaun yang tidak sah atau dibatalkan atau culas pada bila-bila masa semasa Tempoh Kempen dan pada waktu penunaian; Ahli Kad Kredit Emas PB-Petron Visa yang sedia ada; Bekas Ahli Kad Kredit Emas PB-Petron Visa yang telah membatalkan Kad Kredit PBnya dalam tempoh satu (1) tahun dari tarikh permohonan sekarang; Kakitangan Kumpulan Public Bank, agensi pengiklanannya, ahli keluarga terdekat atau mana-mana orang yang mempunyai hubungan dengan pengurusan Kempen. Kriteria Penyertaan 4. Ahli Kad yang Layak mesti berbelanja di stesen minyak Petron pada mana-mana hari Sabtu semasa Tempoh Kempen.
7 Tarikh urus niaga yang layak adalah:- Bulan / Tahun Tarikh November , 12, 19, 26 Disember , 10, 17, 24, 31 Januari , 14, 21,28 Februari , 11, 18, Ahli Kad Utama perlu mendaftar SATU (1) kali melalui Khidmat Pesanan Ringkas (SMS) semasa Tempoh Kempen dan hantar ke dengan cara berikut:- Masukkan PBPE<jarak>No. Kad Kredit Utama 16 digit dan hantar ke (misalnya PBPE ) Apa-apa pendaftaran SMS dengan Nombor Kad Tambahan tidak akan diterima dan akan terbatal. 5.1 Ahli Kad yang Layak bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan butir-butir dalam SMS adalah lengkap, tepat dan dihantar semasa Tempoh Kempen. Bukti penghantaran SMS bukanlah pengesahan penerimaan oleh Bank. 5.2 Ahli Kad yang Layak yang berjaya mendaftar untuk Kempen ini akan menerima pengesahan SMS daripada Bank. Caj Pengendali Telco biasa yang standard akan dikenakan bagi setiap pendaftaran SMS dan hendaklah dibayar sepenuhnya oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak. 5.3 Bank mempunyai hak mutlak untuk tidak melayakkan mana-mana pendaftaran disebabkan penyertaan serupa yang dihantar dua kali, SMS yang tidak lengkap/tidak tepat, penyertaan yang lewat, mesej yang silap, pendaftaran yang tidak berjaya disebabkan kerosakan sistem dan/atau gangguan yang dialami oleh Pengendali Telco atau atas apa-apa jua sebab yang Bank anggap wajar menurut budi bicara mutlaknya. 5.4 Sekiranya tarikh dan waktu pendaftaran SMS yang berjaya dibuat atau tarikh urus niaga dan masa yang dirakam dalam sistem Bank adalah berbeza dan timbul
8 pertikaian mengenai bila pendaftaran dibuat, tarikh dan masa sistem Bank akan diterima pakai. 5.5 Selepas pendaftaran SMS berjaya dibuat, Ahli Kad yang Layak perlu menggunakan Kad Kredit Emas PB-Petron Visa baharu itu dengan cara berikut untuk layak mendapat Pulangan Tunai di bawah Kempen ini:- Pulangan Tunai 15% pada hari Sabtu di Stesen Petron 6. Apabila kriteria dipenuhi, Ahli Kad yang Layak boleh mendapat Pulangan Tunai 15% daripada urus niaga yang layak yang dibuat semasa Tempoh Kempen. 7. 9 8. Pulangan Tunai maksimum bagi setiap akaun kad setiap bulan adalah RM50 dan Pulangan Tunai maksimum setiap urus niaga dihadkan pada RM10. Ahli kad utama dan semua ahli kad tambahannya layak dan berkongsi Pulangan Tunai maksimum, yang akan dikreditkan ke akaun kad kredit ahli kad utama. 9. Pulangan Tunai akan dikreditkan kepada ahli kad yang layak dalam tempoh empat (4) hingga enam (6) minggu selepas akhir setiap bulan. Terma dan Syarat Am 10. Bank berhak untuk mengubah, meminda, memotong atau membuat penambahan pada Terma dan Syarat ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan notis awal sekurang-kurangnya dua puluh satu (21) hari kalendar dan notis mengenai perubahan, pindaan, potongan atau tambahan itu hendaklah disiarkan di laman web Bank di Dengan mengambil bahagian dalam Kempen ini, Ahli Kad yang Layak: a) dianggap telah membaca, memahami dan bersetuju untuk mematuhi Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam ini. Keputusan Bank adalah muktamad, mengikat dan konklusif. Tiada surat-menyurat, pertikaian atau rayuan akan dilayani; b) bersetuju dan mengizinkan maklumat mengenai beliau diproses, dikumpul, digunakan atau disimpan oleh Bank bagi tujuan Kempen ini; c) bersetuju bahawa keputusan Bank adalah muktamad, mengikat dan konklusif dan bahawa tiada rayuan, surat-menyurat, pertanyaan atau bantahan akan dilayani; dan d) bersetuju dan mengizinkan Bank, mengikut keadaan, menggunakan nombor telefonnya yang didaftarkan untuk tujuan pemasaran dalam lingkungan Bank. 12. Bank berhak untuk membatalkan, menamatkan atau menangguhkan Kempen ini. Bagi mengelakkan keraguan, pembatalan, penamatan atau penangguhan Kempen ini oleh Bank tidak melayakkan Ahli Kad yang Layak untuk apa-apa tuntutan atau ganti rugi terhadap Bank bagi semua atau mana-mana kerugian atau ganti rugi yang dialami atau ditanggung oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak diakibatkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung berikutan tindakan pembatalan, penamatan atau penangguhan berkenaan.

Bank tidak boleh dipertanggungjawabkan, sama ada secara langsung atau berbangkit, atas apa-apa kerugian dan ganti rugi atau apa jua pun yang dialami oleh Ahli Kad yang Layak disebabkan secara langsung atau tidak langsung, sepenuhnya atau sebahagiannya, berikutan penyertaan mereka dalam Kempen ini disebabkan oleh apaapa tindakan atau apa yang tidak dimasukkan oleh Bank. 14. Terma dan Syarat di dalam ini adalah tambahan dan tanpa prejudis kepada Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam Perjanjian Ahli Kad yang diterima pakai bagi Akaun Kad Ahli Kad yang Layak. Sekiranya terdapat pertikaian antara Terma dan Syarat ini dengan Perjanjian tersebut, Terma dan Syarat ini akan diterima pakai setakat mana ia berkaitan dengan kempen Pulangan Tunai 15% pada hari Sabtu di Stesen Petron dengan Kad Kredit Emas PB-Petron Visa. 15. Jika terdapat konflik, pertikaian atau perubahan dalam terma dan syarat dalam versi Bahasa Inggeris dengan versi Bahasa Malaysia, terma dan syarat versi Bahasa Inggeris akan diterima pakai. TAMAT
