FIRST FLORENCE LOGISTICS CENTER STATE OF NEW JERSEY INCENTIVES GROW NJ Credits available up to $15,000 per employee, per year Base tax credits ranging from $500 to $5,000 per job (created or retained), per year Bonus credits ranging from $250 to $3,000 per job (created or retained), per year Credits available for acquisition or leasing of a qualified facility Additional incentives for investment in a designated Urban Transit Hub Flexibility in the use of tax credits by allowing awarded but unused credits to be carried forward for 20 successive tax periods FLORENCE TOWNSHIP INCENTIVES PILOT (Payment In Lieu OF Taxes) First Florence Logistics Center has been approved for a 20 year PILOT tax incentive, which provides significant savings on real estate taxes.
