9 Process Overview 9:00am-9:30am Brother Ed comments and introduction to the session 9:30am-10:00am Small group work on step 1 of process tables discuss themes and goals 10:00am-10:45am Small group work on step 2 of process tables develop initiatives 10:45am-11:00am Break 11:00am-11:30am Combined table work on step 3 tables focusing on each theme discuss initiatives and prepare to share their top initiatives 11:30am-12:30pm Large group step 4 representatives from each theme share top initiatives with entire room

10 Process Step 1 Each table has been assigned a theme. At your table, please: Review your theme and discuss: What does this theme mean to you? What will Siena College look like if we successfully pursue this theme? NOTE: Do not wordsmith! Review the goals for this theme and discuss: Are these goals the most effective way to achieve the theme? Are there other goals you would recommend?

11 Process Step 2 For each goal within the theme: Begin to develop initiatives for each goal specific tasks that you or others on campus should do to help us achieve the goals Be as specific as you d like Think across departments everyone should be able to impact each goal Discuss initiatives with other tables that worked on the same theme what are the most important initiatives to pursue?
