8 Swoop Refill Delegation Software Swoop is the first tool on the healthfinch platform. It saves physicians minutes a day by running all EMR based refill requests through a cloud based rules engine, applying physician approved protocols to automate and delegate ~70% of these messages away from physicians (and towards their staff) in a safe and efficient manner.
