Our Annual Conference is the convergence of our profession, the intersection between diverse scholarship funders, including institutions, foundations, public charities, and corporations. It unites scholarship providers from across the United States and Canada for two and a half days of learning, networking, and sharing. The NSPA Annual Conference helps over 350 professionals in the scholarship industry in their work of helping students to and through college. Over 90% percent of conference attendees are present at general sessions where speakers have included Ron Clark, Jonathan Brennan, Chana Joffe-Walt, William Strickland, Jonathan Kozol, and Sam Kaner. More than 60 workshops are offered on industry trends, in addition to Learning Circles where scholarship professionals can share best practices. Designed for NSPA members to network, solve problems, share best practices and help advance their collective impact. Sponsor the speaker cost for a breakout session of your choice. Breakout sessions are interactive presentations on a variety of issues and topics. Bronze - $3,500 Many attendees have requested a morning and/or afternoon coffee break and we would like to make this request possible. The coffee break will be held in the exhibit hall which would provide additional exposure if the sponsor is also exhibiting. Sponsor the session for new members and first time conference attendees. Silver - $5,000 Number of Participants Breakfast Sponsor a breakfast for your colleagues. Pre-Conference Track Gallery of Good Practices General Lunch Welcome Reception Keynote Sponsor the cost of a professional development expert and lunch for attendees. This four-hour hands on session is held on the day prior to the conference opening day. Sponsorship will substantially decrease the cost to participants. Sponsor a series of breakout sessions focused on a particular subject matter or organization type. Gold - $8,000 Sponsor drinks and snacks for this reception. It is a fun, quick and informative set of Ignite format presentations that share a good practice, effective program model, tricks of the trade or other information to a broad audience. Sponsor the speaker cost for this session. Subject matter expert(s) address the entire conference for up to an hour with time for questions. Includes an opportunity to address the group. Platinum - $10,000 Sponsor a lunch for your colleagues. Includes an opportunity to address the group. Sponsor this conference opening event and the cost of one drink and snacks for all attendees. Includes an opportunity to address the group. Keynote - $15,000 Sponsor the opening session and the cost of the keynote speaker. Note: Exhibitors are responsible for their own computer, internet, power, and other needs. Please use the Exhibitor Order Form to order items directly from the conference hotel. Table assignments are made by NSPA staff based on sponsorship and membership level, and date of exhibit or sponsorship purchase. Additional Conference Exhibitor - $250 This product is only available with the purchase of the 2016 Conference Exhibitor package. It covers the cost of an additional individual at your booth and includes conference meals for that person for two days. It does NOT include attendance to conference sessions. Exhibitor Demonstrations - $150 (2 for $250) One 20-minute demonstration session in a private room. Screen, LCD projector and AV cart will be provided. Demos will not overlap with any sessions. Advance Attendee List - $100 List of conference attendee mailing addresses one month prior to the start of the conference (onetime use). Information Booth - $500 This opportunity to exhibit is open to non-profit organizations that would like to share information about their program with NSPA members. This opportunity to exhibit does not allow promoting or selling products or services to attendees. As an associate member and exhibitor, it provides an excellent and cost-effective way to interact with existing and potential clients.
