3 SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AFPAware Golf Event Shingle Creek Golf Club, rated as one of Orlando s best golf courses since 2003, is the home to AFP s first ever golf tournament. Be part of this valuable networking event different sponsorship packages are available. Airline Bag Check Attendees can check in for their flights, check their luggage and obtain boarding passes before leaving for the airport right at the convention center. Luggage checked at the check-in desk is transported securely to the airport by agents and screened by the TSA. Sponsorship also includes branded luggage tags that will be in every conference registration bag. Bookstore Bags This sponsorship is a great way to promote your brand throughout the convention center as attendees tote around their purchases from the AFP Membership Center. Canadian Reception (2 sponsorships) Host an well-attended reception with attendees either located or doing business with multinational companies in Canada. Your sponsorship includes prominent signage at the event. Charging Lockers Charging lockers are the perfect solution for attendees that are low on juice and time. The safe and secure units allow attendees to plug-in, lock-up mobile devices and head to their next session. They can easily reclaim their device with a self-generated four digit code. Five lockers will be placed around the convention center in high traffic areas. Conference Mobile App (Exclusive Sponsor) Packed with features that support prospecting and brand visibility, the Conference Mobile App is the onsite go-to resource for attendees. Sponsorship includes exclusive branding on the app and one per day (Sunday-Tuesday) to attendees during the conference. CTC Reception This invitation-only networking event is exclusively for senior-level corporate practitioners (CFOs, treasurers, presidents, vice presidents, assistant treasurers and controllers/comptrollers only). Your sponsorship includes prominent signage at the event, registrations for your company representatives to attend the event and an attendee list before the event. Digital Signage Nine locations located throughout the Convention Center, ads are a length of 8 seconds and are static. Ads will run Sunday-Tuesday; sponsor ads will rotate with AFP ads and other advertising. FP&A Luncheon The luncheon will enable FP&A professionals to enhance their networking opportunities in a friendly, relaxed and collegial atmosphere. Attendees will also hear from a featured speaker. FP&A Reception Brings together financial planning and analysis professionals. Hand Sanitizer Company logo will appear on 10 ml Hand Sanitizer Pen and it will be inserted in each registration bag. Headshot Lounge Attendees can sit for a professional makeup session and then get expertly photographed. Sponsor will have branding and signage in the 20x20 booth space located in the exhibit hall. Lanyards Have your company name and logo on the official AFP lanyard that is given to over 6,500 conference attendees. One of the most recognizable sponsorship opportunities at the event. Monday Refreshment Breaks in the Exhibit Hall During the refreshment break on Monday, thousands of our attendees migrate to the refreshment tables and dessert stations in the exhibit hall. Your company name will be placed on all refreshment break and dessert stations signage. Onsite Survey Attendees can network with other corporate treasury and finance practitioners involved in payments strategy or payments operations. As the exclusive sponsor of the only two paymentsrelated networking events at the conference, the sponsor will be entitled to many benefits, including event only complimentary registrations, co-branded invitation, brief opening remarks at the reception and more. Photo Booth Engage conference attendees at your booth with an interactive photo booth, guests don t just take pictures, they handcraft memories with just a fingertip, write messages, draw pictures, create a moment and post to social media. Photo booth will be placed in sponsor s booth. Retail Reception Brings together retail finance and treasury professionals. Attendees can meet and network with others in the retail industry. 6 ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES Conference-at-a-glance Map A two-sided fold-out map that details the conference. One side focuses on the exhibit hall, exhibitors and their locations; the other side details the conference highlights and educational sessions. Conference Daily E-News Distributed on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday electronically. Place an ad in the newsletter sent to all conference attendees. Exchange Magazine Distributed to AFP members, Exchange ads are seen by tens of thousands of finance and treasury professionals. The conference issue edition has a bonus distribution to the attendees at the AFP Annual Conference. Lunchroom Banners Display your company message above the breakfast and lunch area in the exhibit hall. You design your message and AFP is responsible for having it produced and displaying it at the conference. Banners are 4-color and measure 5 high x 15 long. Limited availability. Program Book Advertisement The Program Book details the daily events, sessions, speakers, exhibitors and much more. These books are distributed in attendee registration bags. Space is limited; advertising opportunities include the inside back cover, back cover and the back of the section tabs. Registration Bag Insert Place your advertisement in each attendee registration bag. Items can be a marketing brochure (6 pages maximum, bound or packaged) or a promotional item not already sponsored by AFP. All items must be approved by AFP. Session Evaluation, by Track Place your company message on the front page at the bottom of each attendee evaluation form for a selected track. Evaluations are distributed at more than 140 education sessions, workshops and roundtables. 7 EXHIBITING As an exhibitor, you will benefit from a wide range of promotions to maximize your investment. Each 10 x 10 exhibitor booth includes the following: Two full conference registrations Pre/Post-Registered lists (one-time use) Your company listing and logo in the Conference Program Book Pre-show promotions Web page listings Advertising and sponsorship opportunities AFP EXHIBIT HALL SPACE RESERVATION INFORMATION Exhibit Space Minimum booth size is 10 x 10 (100 square feet). $5,950 for the first 10 x 10 unit; $4,250 for each additional 10 x 10 unit. Each 10 x 10 unit purchased includes two full conference registrations. Space Assignment All exhibit space is assigned through a priority points system. AFP reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in keeping with the best interests of the exhibition. Demonstration Room $3,300 for each 10 x 10 (100 square feet) space reserved. Demonstration rooms include carpeting, company sign, electrical outlet and a lockable door. Registration is not included with the rental of a demonstration room. You must be an exhibitor or sponsor to reserve a demonstration room. Payment Contracts received after December 31, 2015 payment in full required within 45 days of your signed contract. Contracts received after August 1, 2016 payment in full with signed contract. If your payment is not received by the above scheduled deadlines, AFP will consider your application VOIDED and your selection(s) will be released for general sales. Cancellations/Refunds Cancellations must be received in writing. For cancellations received by May 27, 2016, you may receive a 50% refund if the contract is paid in full. There will be no refunds given for cancellations received after May 27, 2016; no exceptions. 6
