2 INTRODUCTION The Vartan Aviation Group is represented in different fields of aviation since 1997 to support the needs of aircraft manufacturer, supplier, MROs and airlines. Therefore the VPS group works within the concept that all of the important aspects of cabin interiors, life support systems and aircraft structure should be collated and dealt with by one contact. VPS will take care of your needs and make sure that you only have to deal with one company which will regulate all other vendors and suppliers needed for aircraft support and maintenance. The Vartan Aviation Group has combined the skill and experience achieved in co-operating with all major cabin manufacturers and the expertise of accreditation such as EN/AS 9100 and EASA part 145.

5 QUALITY & AIRWORTHINESS STANDARDS VPS has established a Quality Management System in accordance to EN / AS 9100 and EASA Part 145. Our subsidiary Vartan Maintenance with its EASA Part 145 Maintenance Center enables VPS to perform maintenance, repair and modifications according to our capability list. VPS maintain both approval types and continuously challenge ourselves, in order to ensure our performance and customer satisfaction on a very high level. Furthermore we continuously train all affected employees the awareness of rules, product knowledge and skills, safety and human factors.

6 FAL SUPPORT AIRBUS & BOEING Cabin Interior VPS Group supports several cabin interior, aircraft system & aerostructure manufacturers at Airbus locations in Hamburg / Germany, Toulouse / France, Tianjin / China and Mobile / USA as well as at the Boeing facilities in Everett, Renton and Charleston / USA. Besides technical and electrical rework and modifications, VPS also represents the equipment suppliers in program review meetings with Airbus, Boeing and/or Airlines, attending Incoming Inspection, evaluating liabilities of non conformities and ordering replacement parts. Solutions are implemented in accordance with engineering documentation from either the Aircraft manufacturer or equipment supplier. Warehousing, tools and service transportation is also offered by VPS Group to suppliers. The VPS Group represents more than thirty-five cabin equipment suppliers for passenger seating, galleys, overhead bins, stowages, class dividers, partitions, crew rest compartments, lavatories, stairs, electrical and non-electrical galley inserts, stairhouses, bar units etc. at both Aircraft manufacturer facilities for all aircraft programs. Based on its long-term experience the VPS Group is able to offer perfect handling of cabin interior equipment on-site.

7 FAL SUPPORT AIRBUS & BOEING Composite Aerostructure Life Support Systems Aircraft Systems The VPS Group supports several aircraft-, inflight entertainment- and life support systems suppliers. Capabilities include but are not limited to repair, modifications and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, oxygen systems and fiber-optic IFE systems at all Airbus and Boeing locations. Furthermore our flexible crews can be deployed to most MROs or aircraft manufacturers worldwide upon request. In respect to aircraft exterior, VPS provides on-site support at Airbus locations in Hamburg and Toulouse for composite aerostructures. Repair capabilities include Flap Track Fairings, Pylon Fairings, Winglets, Air Inlet Flap, Nacelles and Control Surfaces on Airbus A320, A330, A340, A350 and A380 programs. State of the art on- & off-wing repair solutions allow effective damage assessment, repair and recertification for cosmetical and structural damage, as well as modifications. Besides the technical support our services also include representation at meetings with the airframe manufacturer or the Airline customer, as well as inspections, warehousing and tool management.

8 EASA PART 145 MAINTENANCE With the EASA part 145 maintenance approval, the VPS Group is able to accomplish any cabin interior overhaul. The capability list covers the entire range of cabin furniture. The Vartan Group offers innovative and highest quality cabin interior design for OEMs and airlines in accordance with its EASA part 21 partners. VPS is able to repair, overhaul or modify aircraft interiors either at our Maintenance Station located next to Hamburg Airport but also directly at the Airline or MRO. We deliver our products in highest quality along with required EASA approvals. In addition, the VPS Group offers their expertise to airline and maintenance stations worldwide. Whether we provide support within their maintenance teams, by performing mechanical & electrical work or as consultants for pre- and final cabin inspections during an aircraft inspection. Our specialists have already collected experience at several MRO stations worldwide including Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malta, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Uzbekistan, the UK, & the United States. With our EASA 145 A1 Rating we are able to supply a comprehensive range of services for repairs, refurbishment, refreshment and overhaul of aircraft interior parts and seating systems including removing and installation of completed packages. This scope of service is provided on both planned and unscheduled maintenance basis.

9 VIP CABIN INTERIOR With its experienced cabin interior staff and its high standard of workmanship, the VPS Group became a reliable partner in the VIP cabin interior market for different aircraft types all over the world. In the past years and indeed to present day VPS Group have an increasing presence at VIP completion and maintenance centers in Switzerland, France and Germany Today the support in production lines for individual VIP furniture manufacturers, modifications of high-end components, surface finishing as well as the installation and removal of complete VIP cabin interior is part of the daily business of the VPS team. VPS assists VIP completion centers, VIP cabin interior manufacturers, VIP cabin maintenance stations and workshops. With its flexible working parties, VPS is also able to support you globally wherever there is a need for support at its best quality.

10 ASSEMBLY SHOP VPS represents all interior manufacturers worldwide and especially during the cabin furnishing phase of their Airbus and Boeing programs. In addition VPS is able to offer its expertise to assist the supplier on-site by providing skilled personnel for pre- and final product-assembly, source inspection and first article inspection. Furthermore, the Vartan Aviation Group has established a 800sqm assembly workshop with three independent flow lines. Here we can support several Interior OEMs and assist in their capacity peaks while assembling their products in our well-equipped workshop. The trained and skilled team of technicians have the capability to assemble whole product packages for international cabin interior OEMs. Due to the proximity to Airbus FAL, VPS would be able to deliver the assembled unit to the Airbus goods-receiving area in order to meet the on-time delivery slot for the OEMs product without long distances and a reduced risk of transport damage.

11 DECOR SHOP As extension of the VPS support profile we have established professional workshops in the area of Hamburg for the application of decorative material. This enables us to renew damaged decor surfaces within our 700sqm workshops and to offer this kind of surface treatment support to equipment suppliers as well as airlines alike. Meanwhile our team of highly trained specialists applies decorative foils in two shifts for high class cabin interior products for several well-known interior manufacturers. Our capability starts with a simple renewal of a compartment door decor foils, continues with the decoration of three dimensional partitions, stowages and lavatory housings and does not reach its limit with complex multi-color business class units in extraordinary material combination. Following the need and requirements of our clients we are able to apply the vast majority of materials in varying processes from self-adhesive to roll-on and spray application. Even decor changes on-wing on the aircraft are possible on short notice.

12 PAINT SHOP Our Paint Shop comprises of more than 1200sqm, posesses the expertise, skills and spirit of two major players in the world of aeronautical product support. The technical expertise of Enikon Aerospace in the preparation and treatment of cabin interior surfaces with water based high quality, fully certified paint systems together with the professional knowledge in the interior world of the VPS Group results to the EnVa GmbH. We apply the paint coat to the interior monuments for several interior manufacturers all over the world. You will find our paint surfaces in Airbus and Boeing aircraft on a myriad of interior products from sidewall linings to overhead bins and from ceiling panels to galleys, lavatories and stowages. Our company is specialized to the needs of modern aircraft interior designers allowing them to fulfill their ideas of a high class cabin with outstanding surface appearance. Beside our major tasks we are able to prepare the surface for special treatments such as hydro transfer print technics (HTPT) or the application of decor foils to customize the cabin interior to the airline standards.
