1 From the Home page of Stout's website go to the "Logins" tab at the top of the page to get to Access Stout. Then, Select "Access Stout" in the "Personal Accounts" category. Log in to Access Stout with your User ID and Password. 1. 1Login Choose Self Service. 2Choose Self Service 3 Choose Student Center Choose Student Center. 1

2 On the left hand side of the screen under academics select Schedule Planner. 4Select Schedule Planner Make 56Select Click Here. sure your pop up blocker is disabled and select Click Here. Choose a term from the list provided Choose a Term 2

3 On the home page of the schedule planner you can 1) Change which course status you d like. 2) Change instruction mode. 3) Select a different term. 4) Choose customized instruction if a part of that program Choose Preferred Options 4. To add a break select Add Break. First, name the break. Then, select a start and end time. Next, select the days you d like the break, and then select Add Break. When you are done it ll show up under your Break category. Make sure to select it before generating schedules. 8Add a Break 9 To Add courses add courses select Add Course. 3

4 0 Choose Preferred Options On the next window you can search using three options. You can choose either Search By Subject And Course, Search By General Ed courses, or Search By Section Attribute. Select the drop down menu and choose your desired subject. Then select the next drop down menu and select your desired course. 11 Choose Subject Once you select the course you'd like, it gives you a description. Select "add course" when you are ready. 4

5 12 Once you have decided on your classes you can edit your classes by adding filters to them by Selecting the "Options" button and then Selecting "Advanced Filters" on the next page. Advanced Options From here you can select which instructor and which section you'd like. Once you choose What you'd like, Select save. 13 Select Save inspiring innovation. Learn more at 5

6 If you'd like to input a certain amount of time between classes you can do that by selecting "Class Padding"and entering an amount. 14 Generate Schedules Once you ve added your chosen courses select Generate Schedules. If there's no schedules available for the classes and padding you've selected, it'll detect the conflict. 15 Once you've fixed the time conflicts, select a schedule. Select View 6

7 Review the schedule. If you'd like to view the next schedule you can do that in the upper right hand corner by pressing the arrows. 16View Schedule If you find a schedule you really like, you can favorite it and compare it to your other favorite schedules. Once you select the heart icon, you will be asked to name it. Once you ve decided on a schedule you really like, select "Send to Shopping Cart" 17 Send Schedule to shopping Cart 7

8 18 Next, import your cart in access stout so you can enroll for all your classes. Import Cart 19 You will then be prompted to add each course to your shopping cart. Select Next for each course you have selected. Select Next 8

9 0 Once you ve finished importing your cart, select Proceed to Step 2 of 3 Proceed to Enroll 21 At the next window confirm your classes and then select Finish Enrolling Finish Enrolling 9

10 22 Look for the green check mark to indicate that the courses were added successfully. Look for green check mark 10
