Frozen storage Every degree counts with temperature-sensitive goods. Electronic equipment in the frozen goods storage area creates optimal conditions for keeping sensitive goods safe. We offer rack or block storage, repacking, labelling, EU veterinary numbers and HACCP. Cooling and heating warehouse Cooled (0 C to + 25 C) and heated warehouses are available for temperature-sensitive food and non-food goods.

7 Tank farm Full steam ahead Green light for handling, storage and distribution of mineral oil products. The huge m³ fuel depots guarantee proper storage whilst also functioning as a supply depot for the entire Upper Austrian region. Virtually all the renowned mineral oil companies have a presence here. We offer state-of-the-art, safe and environmentally friendly handling facilities, across water or by rail. A bunker boat to supply ships is also stationed in the tanker port. Tank farm Trading port

8 Trading port Hub for bulk and general cargo The port s location at the intersection of water, rail and road transport and its proximity to the airport and city centre renders it ideal for handling of bulk and general cargo in the port basins. The necessary equipment such as cranes with a capacity of up to 32 tons, telescopic loaders and stackers, track scales and weigh bridges and the experienced staff guarantee careful, quick and flexible handling.

9 Individual renting A prime location We rent out storage space in warehouses and storage depots, offices and office-storage combinations, parking areas and property. The rented areas can be extended or reduced during the rental period. This means a hirer can effectively structure his variable rental charges. Our utilities management is available for alterations, if required. Joint use of existing infrastructure such as railway sidings and truck platforms is generally possible. Lofts and more Our lofts (200 m² to 275 m²) are very popular.
