2 2016 WELCOME to INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival (YFF). We are pleased to inform you that we are organizing the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival again in 2016, from 17 to 23 July. The event is going to be held in the city of Kaposvár, Hungary in the area surrounding one of Europe s biggest fresh-water lakes, Balaton, one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the country. This largescale sport event is being organized for children and youth from countries of the world. The aim of the YFF is to provide an excellent possibility for the approximately teams arriving from many countries of the world to take part in a sport competition of the highest standard and give them the opportunity to measure their abilities. For us, it is also important that the visitors, who take part in this big international football festival, can have an excellent chance of relaxing, vacationing and having fun in this beautiful nature conservation area which is one of the most beautiful places in Hungary and Europe. 3 YOUTH FOOTBALL FESTIVAL Tournament information INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival 2016 Hungary, Kaposvár WHO MAY PARTICIPATE? Football teams from any countries recognized by Hungary or countries that are member of the FIFA are welcome to the Festival. Football teams wishing to participate in the competition do not have to be members of a club. District or regional, town or county representative teams, school teams, sports academies or other youth football teams are welcome to take part in the festival. MATCH DURATIONS/FIELD DIMENSION U7 U8 age group: 2 20 min. / meters field / Goal size 3 2 meters / 5+1 U9 age group: 2 20 min. / meters field / Goal size 5 2 meters / U10 U12 boys and U14, U16 girls age groups: 2 25 min. / meters field / Goal size 5 2 meters / U13 U19 age group: 2 30 min. / standard field / NUMBER OF PLAYERS PER TEAM There is no limit to the number of players by team. Please check the rules of the Youth Football Festival on our website at AGE GROUPS BOYS U7 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2009) U8 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2008) U9 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2007) U10 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2006) U11 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2005) U12 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2004) U13 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2003) U14 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2002) U15 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2001) U16 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 2000) U17 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 1999) U18 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 1998) U19 age-group (boys born after 1st Jan. 1997) Dispensation will be given to those teams where the age groups are from 01 September to 31 August. By these teams, players who were born from 01 September to 31 December in a year before as in the age group appear can receive dispensation automatically. Evening: opening ceremony 19 July 2016: 2nd match day (group phase) 20 July 2016: 3rd match day (group phase) 21 July 2016: Play off phase. All teams play also in this day at least one match. 22 July 2016: Semi finals and finals in some age groups. 4 2016 Kaposvár AQUA PARK KAPOSVÁR The aqua park offering peerless experience and delirious amusement is one of the largest aqua park in the region. On 3400 m2 water surface and wave pool, jumping pool and giant slides can be found. Every participating teams on YFF can enjoy it. LAKE BALATON Lake Balaton and its surroundings are the most popular holiday resort in Hungary. They draw thousands of tourists every year, providing European-class services. Seaside recreation, historical monuments, beautiful natural, great excursion opportunities are just a few of the many activities the Hungarian Sea provides. 5 YOUTH FOOTBALL FESTIVAL FESTIVAL VILLAGE The heart of INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival is the Festival Village. It is located at the city centre of Kaposvár during the entire event. Here you can find the Coaches Cafe, Information, YFF Office, entertainment ice cream kiosk, team photo possiblities, YFF Shop, games, cultural programs etc. Here you can view the results of all matches, meet other teams, and team leaders

6 2016 i ACCOMMODATION CATEGORY A IN SCHOOL CLASSROOM Recommended for teams which require low level services. Each team has 1-2 room(s) to itself. The schools are located 5-10 minutes from the city centre by foot. Meals: breakfast (sandwiches or pastries), lunches and dinners (cooked meals) A/1 WITHOUT MATTRESS Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, towel and mattress. Toilets and showers are in the corridor. A/2 WITH MATTRESS PROVIDED BY THE ORGANIZERS Mattress provided by the organizers. Bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and towel. Toilets and showers are in the corridor. CATEGORY B IN SCHOOL HOSTELS Recommended for teams which require basic level services. Linen, blanket, pillow and wardrobe provided in the rooms. Towel must be brought. Hostels are located 5-10 minutes from the city center by foot. Meals: breakfast (sandwiches or pastries), lunches and dinners (cooked meals) B/1 Low level, old, 7-storey building without elevator. Rooms have 4 beds. Showers and toilets are in the corridor. B/2 Low level building, rooms for 4 people with bunk beds. Showers and toilets (renovated) are in the corridor. B/3 Older building in the center of town, rooms with 3 beds. Showers and toilets are in the corridor. B/4 Older building, rooms for people. Each room has its own bathroom. Small kitchen is between two rooms. Accommodation is about minutes from the city center by public transportation. CATEGORY C IN NEW LEVEL SCHOOL HOSTELS Linen, blanket, pillow and wardrobe are provided in the rooms. Towel must be brought. Meals: breakfast (sandwiches/pastries + cereals with milk), lunches and dinners (cooked meals) C/1 College hostel. Rooms with 4-5 beds. Showers and toilets are in the corridor. Hostel is located near the city center. C/2 College hostel. Rooms with twin beds. Showers and toilets are in the corridor. Hostel is about 10 minutes from the city center by public transportation. C/3 Newly built hostel. Rooms with 4 beds. Bathroom (shower and toilet) is between two rooms. Hostel is about 10 minutes from the city center by public transportation. CATEGORY D UNIVERSITY HOSTEL (BUDGET HOTEL) With 24-hour reception, wifi in the lobby. Rooms with 2 (twin) beds. Linen, blanket, pillow and wardrobe provided in the rooms. Towel must be brought. Each room has its own bathroom. There is no Television in the room. Hostel is located about 10 minutes from the city center by public transportation. Meals: breakfast (sandwiches/pastries + cereals with milk), lunches and dinners (cooked meals) CATEGORY E HOTELS 3-STAR HOTEL Rooms with 2 (twin or double beds), 3 or 4 beds. Bathroom, television and minibar are also in the rooms. Hotels are located in the city centre of Kaposvar. Meals: breakfast is provided by the hotel. 7 YOUTH FOOTBALL FESTIVAL In the accommodation price including participation at the INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival 2016 Hungary event (all teams play at least 4 matches) participation at other free programs (Aqua park, Disco, etc.) 6 nights in the chosen school / hostel / hotel category standard breakfast, lunches, dinners (from 17 July dinner to 23 July breakfast). Monday (18 July, opening ceremony) dinner is sandwich with water, Friday (22 July, closing ceremony) dinner is hot dog with water. free usage of city transport and festival buses during the event coaches cafe at the Festival Village one host(ess) per team during the YFF (he/she will help you during YFF for football matches and excursions) Airport transfer We can offer bus transfer from the following Airports to INTERSPORT Youth Football Festival Kaposvar and back to the Airport after the event: Budapest Airport, Bratislava Airport, Vienna Airport and Zagreb Airport. Registration fee, payment deadlines Registration deadline: 10 May, Registration fee: 20% of the accommodation price which need to be paid by bank transfer (with bus transfer fee, if the team chooses bus transfer) Accommodation fees, transfer fees: 80% should be paid by bank transfer by 30 May 2016.
