His track record involves many high profile transactions for which he has been the lead advisor for both buy and sell side mandates. His track record involves many high level transactions in the finance industry as well as media industry. Since 2002, when starting his own boutique, he initiated and advised on deals with a total value of more than EUR 2.5 billion. He also serves on several boards, both in the profit and in the non-profit sector. Currently he is President of AICA. He likes to be an initiator and loves the art of strategic deal making. Bastiaan Visser (1966), partner at ICP Corporate Finance, has more than 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate finance advisory, he was senior investment manager at NPM Capital and partner at Corporate Finance boutique Nielen Schuman. He was involved in various corporate finance and private equity transactions including Interxion, SBM Offshore (NKI Group), TNT (Cendris), Zuydwal Groep, Het Customer Care Center, Van Dam Bodegraven, S-Fashion Group, Leesland, NDC Holding, Royal Schouten Group, Arklow Shipping, Louis Nagel, Koopmans Meel, NMC-Nijsse International, Iris Holding and Genesis Distribution. Arjan Boonekamp (1970), partner at ICP Corporate Finance, has over 18 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), corporate lending and relationship banking. Worked for large cap (listed), Mid Market (corporate and Private Equity) and SME clients, cross industries. Arjan is an experienced dealmaker in the Mid Market and was Director M&A at ABN AMRO Bank and The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). His track record involves many transactions for which he has been the lead advisor for both buy and sell side mandates, for corporate clients and Private Equity including various cross border transactions. Tony Arkes (1991) is analyst at ICP Corporate Finance and joined the company in April During his Master in Business Economics (specialisation in Finance) at the University of Amsterdam (UVA) he was intern at ICP for six months. In this period he worked on multiple sales transactions, including the sale of Scoot Media. After this internship he graduated and since November 2013 he is ananalyst. 5
