Logging in OBS se lekar Exhibitor- Content-Management-System tak ECMS wo System hai, jiske zariye aap apni company ko hannovermesse ki website par, trade show se pehle, uske doran aur uske baad, aur ache se present karsakte hain. Stand ki confirmation ke saath hi apko OBS ka access provide kiya ja raha hain. OBS ke portal par aap us access se login karpayenge. Agar apke pass OBS access nahi hai to aap Media-Service ko contact kijiye aur unse, apna ECMS direct-login mangwaiye. Kripiya dhian dijiye ke yeh direct login sirf ECMS mein use hosakta hai. Yeh direct login, OBS ke portal par kaam nahin karega. Ek baar OBS enter karne ke baad, aapko left-hand navigation bar par Order services dikhai dega. Kripiya Services pick kijiye. Screen par apko services ka overview dikhai dega. Next kripiya Highlighting your company (ECMS) par click kijye aur and then Company & Product Information ko chunniye. After that ECMS ka direct link appear hoga. ( Open ECMS ) Jaankari ke liye aap kripiya Media Service se samparkh karein. This department will assist you if you have any queries. Yeh nine sections ensure karenge ki apki company effectively present ho. Sections: 1. Company ki description incl. corporate video 2. Products/R&D-projects/Services incl. product groups 3. Contacts 4. Stand ki information 5. Fields of business activity 6. Print logo 7. QR-Code 8. Internet press box 9. Invitation management New information ko enter karne ke liye kripiya Edit par click kijye. Updates insert karne ke baad aap information ko Save se record kijiye. Corporate Logo ko upload karne ke liye aap Logo upload kijiye button par click kijiye. Corporate Logo ke saath hi aap ek cover picture assign karsakte hai. Iske liye aap Apna cover picture upload kijiye choose kijiye. Appropriate text fields mein aap, company information enter karsakte hai. Kripiya new entries ko add karne se pehle aap Temporary save par click kijiye. PDF Files ko upload karne ke liye aap PDF upload kijiye select kijiye Agar aap apni dusre offices ke bare mein information assign karna chahte hain to aap please New branch add kijiye click kijiye. Aapki information Save ke dwara system mein record hojaegi. Iske baad aap wapis overview par laye jaayenge. Kripiya is baat ka dhian rakhiye ki kuch information pehle se hi apki media entry me uplabdh hosakte hain. Ek corporate video ko upload karne ke liye kripiya Add click kijiye. Agle step mein aap Video upload kijiye se, uss file ko upload karsakte hai. Iske bawajud aap Language (German or English), Title aur b) Descriptive text (ger/en, max. 250 characters) mention karsakte hain. Video upload hone ke baad aapko apni basic media entry par wapis laye jaayenge. Kripiya at least Ek keyword (tag) add kijiye. Product group directory se visitors yeh pata laga saktae hain ki unke interest ke suppliers kaunse Stand atwaha Hall mein mil sakte hain Add products /R&D-projects/services Ek new product add karne ke liye aap Create new entry par click kijiye. Aap directly uss input form ke first page par laye jayenge. (Kripiya next slide dekhiye) Ek product ko enter karne ke baad apko at least Ek ya phir Chaar product groups ko assign karwana parega. Yeh step saroori hai taaki apki entry complete hosake. Agar aap yeh enter nahi karenge to aapki entry exhibition ki website par publish nahi ho paegi. b) Assign product groups Ek product ya phir service information create karne baad aap us product ko, product groups ke saath assign karsakte hain. Aap apne product ke main window par, Edit button par click kijiye. Aisa karne se apko product group ki selection ka input form dikhay dega. Ek product ko enter karne ke baad apko - Ek ya phir Chaar product groups ko assign karne parenge. Yeh step saroori hai taaki apki entry publish ho Product add kijiye step 1/3 Sabse pehle aap, apne product ki puri information assign kijiye. Jaise ki product name, description aur product ka website link. Iske baad aap select kijiye ke apka product ek trade show premiere hai ya nahin. Agar apka product ek trade show premiere hain to aap provided check box mein click kijiye. Agle bhag mein jaane ke liye kripiya Save, page 2 par aage badiye par click kijiye. b) Product add kijiye step 2/3 Apne product ko aur ache se present karne ke liye aap ek tasveer, yani ke ek product picture, upload karsakte hain. Usko upload karne ke liye aap New pictures upload kijye click kijiye Iske baad aap 6 aur image upload karsakte hain. Aap PDF files bhi upload kar sakte hain. Iske liye aap PDF upload kijiye choose karkar apna required PDF pick kijiye. Sabh information ko save karne ke liye aap Save button par click kijiye. Abh aap automatically, product group ke data input form par laaye jaayenge. Yaha aap apna product group select karsakte hain. 10 Aapke pick kiye huye product groups Product group ke search function se aap apne interest ke exhibitors aur products ko khoj sakte hain. Humara service staff bhi on site par is tool ka istemaal karta hai. Product groups niyukt kijiye step 3/3 Uplabdh ki hui product group ki list mein, aap Add par click karkar, ek product group assign karsakte hain. Vikalp rup se aap ek product group ko search term ke field mein dhund sakte hain ya phir aap product group index ko download kijiye. Ek product ko aap maximum Chaar product groups se assign karsakte hain. Save aur aage badiye par click karne se aap overview ke page par laaye jayenge. Aise potential customers ko aapse baat karne ka mauka mil sakta hai aur woh bhi trade show ke shuru hone se pehle. Contact person mention kijiye par click karne se, ek data input form dikhayi dega. Jitni information possible ho, aap utni apne bare mein provide kijiye. 12 2.4. Stand information Apne stand ka main topic aur description ko iss section mein enter kijiye. Information enter karne ke liye Edit par click kijiye. Ek data input form appear hoga, is form mein aap sabh information enter karsakte hain. Aap apne innovatives aur new products ke bare mein agar ek brief introduction dena chahte hain to us information ko aap german aur english mein mention karsakte hain. Edit button sirf apko dikhai dega. Koi bhi co-exhibitor or joint stand apki yeh information edit nahi karpayega. Hint: Kripiya note kijiye ke joint aur special stands ke liye, topic aur stand name ki edition mumkin nahi hai. Agar yeh stand, apka main stand hai to aap yeh bhi mention karsakte hain. Aap apni company ko aur bhi asani se khojne yog bansakte hain agar aap vishesh rup se apni industry aur targeted industries ko mention karenge. Aap paanj source industries, dass target industries aur target regions and countries, ko pick karsakte hain. Source industries wo industries hain, jaha aap operate karte ho. Target industries mein woh industries ginne jaate hain, jo future mein aapke potential buyer / partner etc. hosakte hain. Iss information mein aap agar kuch change karna chahte hain, to Edit par click karkar, needfull information ko change kijiye. b) Kripiya dhian mein rakhiye ke yeh information sirf search engine ke liye use hoga. Save par click karne ke baad apki entries upload hojaegi aur aap wapis overview par laye jaayenge. Kripiya note kijiye ke yeh mention ki hui information sirf trade show ki website ki search engine ke liye use hogi. 15 3. Additional products in ECMS (chargeable services/fair-packages) Basic media entry ke saath, aapko OBS mein aur marketing options millenge. Aagar aapko un options mein se kuch interesting lage toh aap unko order karne ke baad ECMS mein upload karsakte hain. Additionally apko ECMS following four additional modules dikhai denge jo marketing fee mein included hosakte hain: Print-Logo (exhibitor directory and/or hall plan mein print hoga) QR-Code (yeh exhibitor directory mein print hoga) Internet press box Invitation management (e-ticket campaign ke hisaab se) b) Inh chaar options ki help se aap apni media entry ko dusre exhibitors se aur bhi siada stand out karwasakte hain. Agar aapne koi additional product order nahi kiya hai aur aap order karna chahte ho (or agar woh apke fair-package mein include nahin hain) to aap ECMS mein Please order the service via OBS ke through apne interest ke specific products ko order karsakte hain. Kripiya Check par click kijiye taaki apko apni entry ka overview dikhai deh. Iss information ko aap review kijiye aur check kijiye ke koi galat information nahi enter ki hui hai. Alternatively aap Media entry ko direct Media-Service ko Publish now ke through checking ke liye submit karsakte hai. Aisa karne ke baad apki entry Deutsche Messe Interactive ke editorial department ko submit hojaegi. Iss overview ke zariye aap apni media entry ko check karsakte hai. Download as PDF par click karkar aapko yeh overview as a PDF file miljaega. Usko aap download karsakte hain. Back ke zariye aap media entry ke main module par laaye jaenge. Agar apne apni entry ko printed version me dekhna chahte hai to kripiya Print par click kijye. b) Kya aapki entry abh pure tarike se complete hai? To please click on Publish now. Apki entry Deutsche Messe Interactive ke editorial department mein submit hojaegi. Editorial department, apke dwara diye hue information ko check karke, maximum 4 days mein, publish karega. Jabh apki entry publish hojaegi apko ek confirmation Deutsche Messe Interactive ke Media-Service se miljaega. Yeh department apko us mail mein ek direct link bejhega.
