Strike and Spare has been part of the Hendersonville community since We moved to our current location in 2011 to provide new attractions, full restaurant and a new modern look to bowling. Hendersonville S & S is the #1 league and open play house in Sumner County. Our league base is one of the finest in all of Tennessee! We have a wide variety of leagues from which to choose. Join a league this season, make new friends, create new memories and become part of the Strike & Spare family. League exclusives only apply to league bowlers at Hendersonville Strike & Spare. Bowl with us to receive the following special awards and discounts you can not receive anywhere else! Each bowler will receive a card. Each card comes with $10 FREE dollars on it. Our card offers membership benefits that make you eligible for valuable prizes and rewards. We send 1 every month with exclusive deals such as free games, coupons for Circus World, birthdays and more! 10% of league lineage fees will be placed back on your card at the end of the season. 10% of any purchases at McCovey's Pro Shop will also be put back on card. (Example: Spend $100 and receive $10 back your card to spend at the bowling or circus world counter when you come in anytime.) Card may be used at any Strike & Spare Family Fun Center. Keglers Cash S & S Super 300 Game Pins Circus World Wristbands Win cash (paid on the spot). Select up to one, two, or all three games. Play amount from $0.25 to $5.00 per game. Win up to $ each night! Strike or spare in the correct frames and receive the money in the overall pot for that average base. Only $1 to play each night! Bowl a perfect game and receive a wood pin! (No limit) Every night when you bowl league, league bowlers children will receive a special $5 wristband rate. Each wristband includes unlimited rides for the bumper cars, lazer tag, skating rink, bungee trampolines, gyro extreme and the time freak attractions. 2 League Lineup Sunday - Early Sunday Mixed Starts September 13th. Practice starts at 6:00pm. $16 per person weekly. 4 points per night. 4 person mixed teams (must have 1 lady on each team). Handicap 85% times difference from 220. Bowl 32 weeks The ideal league for anyone looking to have a good time Sunday afternoons! Come bowl relax, and watch all the football and basketball games with us all year long! Pot luck held around the holidays! Come enjoy our free bowling night and receive the yearly prize fund! Sunday Kids Bowl Free Ball League Starts October 4th. Practice Starts at 1:00pm. $8 per person weekly. Bowl 2 games per afternoon. 2 points per afternoon 2 per mixed teams ages 4 & Up (boys, girls, parents or mixed). Will receive personal bowling ball. Bowl 10 weeks To all Kids Bowl Free summer participants, this league is exclusive to only you! Perfect for people who are new to bowling and wanting to bowl more with family and friends. Come join us for only 10 weeks and receive your very own bowling ball at the end of the league! Family fun atmosphere with mini games during practice time. Bring the entire family out to the end of season fun night when the kids receive their new bowling balls and everyone may bowl for free! Monday - Monday Seniors Starts August 24th. Practice starts at 9:30am. $9 per person weekly. 4 points per day. 4 person mixed teams (all men, women or mixed). Handicap is 90% difference in team average. Bowl 34 weeks Come meet old and new friends and have a cup of coffee with us in the morning! This league is for anyone 50 and older. Enjoy home made meals on special occasions. Split season gives more teams an opportunity to win the league. Monday - Friendship Starts August 31st. Practice starts at 9:30am. $10 per person weekly. 4 points per day. 3 person teams (ladies only). Handicap is 90% based off an average of 200. Bowl 34 weeks Ladies day out! Sorry boys, this one is just for the girls. Join with your best girlfriends to make the league more enjoyable. Split season sets up playoffs at the end of the season. Enjoy pot luck around the holidays and end of the season fun night. Monday - Our Lady of the Lake Starts September 14th. Practice starts at 6:00pm. $12 per person weekly. 4 points per night. 4 person mixed teams (must have 2 men and 2 ladies). Handicap is 80% times difference from 200. Bowl 30 weeks This league is open to anyone! Teams are any combination of people looking to enjoy themselves. Great league for people new to bowling or people who have been bowling for years. Averages are from 100 to 200. Split season sets up playoffs at the end of the season. Enjoy pot luck around the holidays, end of the season fun night and awards banquet. Monday - Doubles Starts August 24th. Practice starts at 6:30pm. $12 per person weekly. 4 points per night. 2 person mixed teams (all men, women or mixed). Handicap is 90% times difference from 210. Bowl 32 weeks This fun 2 person league is for anyone! Can t seem to find a full team or just want to bowl with a good friend? This is a great option for you! This league is fast and wont keep you all night! Averages range from 100 to 215. Split season sets up playoff at the end of the season. 3 Tuesday - A.M. Bells Starts September 8th. Practice starts at 9:30am. $10 per person weekly. 4 points per day. 3 person teams (ladies only). Handicap is 70% times difference in team average. Bowl 32 weeks Another great option if you can t make it out on Monday. Join with your best girlfriends to make the league more enjoyable. Split season sets up playoffs at the end of the season. Enjoy pot luck around the holidays and end of the season fun night. Tuesday - Fiberweb Meeting August 6:30pm. Starts September 8th. Practice starts at 6:20pm. $20 per person weekly. 4 points per night. 5 person teams (all men, women or mixed). Handicap is 90% times difference in team average. Bowl 32 weeks Formally called the DuPont league, this is the longest running five man league in Tennessee. Come bowl in a friendly yet competitive league. Split season gives more teams an opportunity to win the league. Multiple card games give bowlers extra chances to win cash each night. Prize fund includes added money for a bigger payoff at the end of the season. Tuesday - G.C.R.A. Starts August 4th. Practice starts at 6:30pm. $12 per person weekly. 4 points per night 3 to 5 person teams (adult and kids). Handicap is 90% based off an average of 210. Bowl 32 weeks Invite friends, family and kids because this league is for everyone! If you are looking for something to do with your family or need a new family game night, this is the perfect opportunity. Spend quality time where everybody gets to participate in the action. League is split into two 16 week halves. Bowl only one half, or the entire league. Banquet and fun night will be hosted at the end of the season. Tuesday & Monday - Raptors Starts September 14th & 15th. Practice starts at 6:30pm. $5 per person weekly. Bowl 2 games each night. Team bowling (special needs participants). Bowl 10 weeks. Come join this fun group and enjoy a bowling night out. This league is for special needs only. The Raptors bowling league not only bowls, but they play and compete in other activities during the week. Bowl 34 weeks Retired, or looking for something to do early in the afternoon? This league is for anyone 50 and older. Enjoy home made meals around the holidays and the end of the league. Split season gives more teams an opportunity to win the league. Wednesday - Trios Starts September 9th. Practice starts at 7:00pm. $20 per person weekly. 17 points per night. 3 person teams (all men, women or mixed). Handicap is 90% based off an average of 220. Bowl 33 weeks Bowl head to head in this fun yet competitive league. Bowl your opponent based off each other s average. Low vs. low, high vs. high etc. Each bowler can win up to 3 points per night and team scores are worth up to 2 point each match. The more points you win, the more prize money you receive at the end of the league! League is split into 2 halves with more chances to win the max amount of points.

4 Thursday - Do-Rites Meeting August 20th at 6:30pm. Starts August 27th. Practice starts at 6:30pm. $17 per person weekly. 4 points per night. 4 person mixed teams (must have 1 lady on each team). Handicap is 90% times difference from 225. Bowl 32 weeks The Do - Rites is the longest running and most popular league at Strike & Spare. The friendly people in this league will make you feel right at home with the fun music playing atmosphere! This league is perfect for anyone new to bowling or league regulars. Averages range from 100 to /50 strike pot tickets each night gives bowlers a chance to win money! Pot lucks at the holidays and end of the year. End of the year color pin no-tap bowling fun gives another chance to win extra money. The Do-Rites hosted 36 teams last season, and adding more this season! Please reserve your spot before they are all gone! Friday - Slo Pokes Starts August 21st. Practice starts at 6:30pm. $15 per person weekly. 4 points per night. 4 person mixed teams (must have 1 lady on each team). Handicap is 90% times difference in team average. Bowl 32 weeks Start your weekend off right! This league is for everyone. The friendly people in this league will make you feel right at home with the fun music playing atmosphere! This league is perfect for anyone new to bowling or league regulars. Averages range from 110 to 220. League is split into two 16 week halves. Bowl only one half, or the entire league. Fun night will be hosted at the end of the season allowing league bowlers family members to bowl for free. Saturday - Ten Pins Falling Youth Starts September 12th, meeting at 9:00am. Practice starts at 9:30am. $10 per person weekly. 4 points per day. 4 person mixed teams (all boys, girls or mixed). Handicap is 80% based off an average of 210. Bowl 24 weeks Ten Pins Falling Youth bowling is a unique opportunity to get involved with a lifetime sport and achieve scholarships for your child s future college! T.P.F.Y. provides opportunities for coaching and instruction, fun and friendly competition, fair play, teamwork, leadership development and lifelong friendships. The youth is divided into two different age groups. Bantoms are from ages 6-11 and only bowl 2 games each day. Junior/Seniors are from ages and bowl 3 games. Come get involved with a cool sport that anyone can play! Pot luck at holidays and fun glow in the dark bowling on Halloween. Saturday - Saturday Nite Fever Starts September 12th. Practice starts at 6:30pm. $16.00 per person weekly. 4 points per day. 4 person mixed teams (all men, women or mixed). Handicap is 80% based off an average of 200. Bowl 32 weeks One of the longest running leagues in Sumner County. The friendly people in this league will make you feel right at home with the fun music, family atmosphere, laughs and much more! This league is perfect for anyone new to bowling or league regulars. Averages range from 100 to /50 strike pot each night gives bowlers an extra chance to win cash each week. Pot luck on holidays and at the end of the year fun night. End of the year prizes consist of awards and drawings for extra prizes and cash!
