Lodo Riverside which is desigated as a Opportuity Area withi the Lodo Pla due the developmet opportuities it presets at the heart of the Thames Gateway for ew jobs, sustaiable commuities ad leisure ad recreatio.. Romford Tow Cetre which is the Thames Gateway s ad ast Lodo s premier w cetre for retailig ad etertaimet, but which also has potetial for a sigificat icrease i housig capacity Sites withi Romford Tow Cetre will be idetified withi the separate Romford Area Actio Pla..
