1 Sliding Liner System (patented) This system which has been specially developed for the industrial sanding of panels offers decisive advantages in comparison with conventional systems: Aluminium beams exchange of graphite and padding in few seconds the best possible sanding results obtained through minimum tolerances no displacement of the padding possible no complicated exchange and repair of the aluminium beam metal eyelet ensures discharge of electrostatic charge easy handling without any tool three grades of hardness available (see next page ) hard aluminium beams from our own manufacture virtually no wear and tear as the beam remains in the machine adaptation in all machines is a possibility even in old machines special purpose manufacture on request

2 Sliding Liners (patented) The Sliding Liners are made of a heatproof plastic with special laminated padding materials. There are three hardnesses available. Fitting to all pad-systems. The standard widths are 40 and 55 mm. Length up to 3500 mm. 3 Sliding Liners Green Line (patented) The Green Liners are developed of the standard system which is approved for years. The grooves on the bottom cool the sanding process and offer a better handling. On the other side costs and weight are saved. Fitting to all used pad-systems. The standard widths are 40 and 55 mm. 4 Direct coated padding materials (patented) These materials, which we have newly developed, combine the characteristics of padding and sliding coating in a one product. low thickness tolerance due to a special method of manufacture guarantee the best possible sanding results the lack of adhesive seam between the graphite twill and the padding material lowers costs and makes it impossible for the graphite and the padding to be displaced no breaking of the graphite layer due to the use of a tear-proof binding agent These materials are currently available in three designs: Latex PES The basic material is a latex Bound fleece material with a hardness of 0.55 a total thickness of 4.5 mm at a thickness tolerance of +/ mm a self-adhesive version is also available area of use panel / solid wood sanding timber products industry The basic material is a polyesterneedlefelt with a hardness of 0.40 a total thickness of 4.5 mm at a thickness tolerance of +/ mm a self-adhesive version is also available area of use panel / solid wood sanding timber products industry Foam The basic material is a recompressed polyurethane foam with a specific gravity of 150 total thickness 6.0 mm at a thickness tolerance of +/-0.08 mm also available in a self-adhesive version very soft material for finishing panel industry / furniture industry

5 Pressure chevron belts As a support belt for use in cross sanding-operations high tear strength due to double cotton twill width up to 200 mm length up to mm laminations made from felt or graphite in strip or chevron form Wide segmented pressure belts As a support belt for use in wide-belt sanders heavy duty cotton twill felt thickness 3 mm / other thicknesses possible design of the chevrons as required

6 Felt polishing belts Used for polishing wood, plastic and metal surfaces single or double design of the carrier belt special adhesion of the felt overlay width up to 200 mm, lengths up to mm felt hardness 0,36, felt thickness 6 mm (other forms on request ) Felt cuttings / padding materials As padding for sanding shoes and sanding pads Thicknesses 1 to 20 mm felt hardness from 0,36 to 0,68 can be supplied as a roll, made to measure and as a stamped out part foam rubber for finishing all materials are also self-adhesive

7 Sanding shoes For use in long belt sanding machines Multiplex board absorbs any heat service life is doubled because of double use: sanding of solid timber on a hard sole sanding of veneers with soft press button covering easy assembly by means of universal attachment Sanding shoe coverings For all conventional sanding shoes equipped with press button attachment Version M : artificial leather covering with hard graphite sole for sanding solid timber Version F : artificial leather covering with foam rubber padded soft graphite sole for sanding of veneers and interim coats of varnish

8 Graphite cuttings Ten different graphite canvas materials as pad-coverings for the most different uses The following five grades are principally used: Typ 830: new developed all-round graphite type with excellent lubrication capacity combined with high abrasion resistance Typ 850: Premium graphite,unites improved lubrication with robust design and is ideally used for heavy industrial sanding processes Typ HD: high quality graphite canvas for industrial plate sanding, Flake type spread, flexible Typ 303: graphite canvas for universal use, for wide belt sanders, grain type spread, resistant to scoring Typ 450: particulary thickly coated graphite material with grain/flake type spread alle Graphitköper sind als Rollenware, im Zuschnitt, oder als Stanzteil lieferbar selbstklebende Ausrüstung für alle Teile möglich

9 Sanding pads for use in cross sanding and wide-belt sanders predominant use of the graphitetypes 850, 830, 250 and 450 padding by means of felt and foam rubber materials pipings are covered with a slidable synthetic yarn all padding materials are sanded exactly +/-0.05 mm sanding pads supplied in a self adhesive version on request hard packaging for secure transport ensures the quality sanding pads may neither be rolled nor bent

10 Felt metal plates / sanding inserts for use in cross sanding and wide-belt sanding machines carrier plates from white polished spring steel sheet thickness 0.3 / 0.5 / 1,0 mm special thicknesses on request padding material felt hardness up to 0,60 other materials on request Special purpose manufacture In the majority of cases it will be possible to produce contact pieces for different types of sanding machines, such as those for example, which have been taken out of production, on the basis of drawings or samples. In some cases it is advisable even for new machines to retrofit these, if possible, if there are any missing sliding covers or inconveniently designed pressure pieces.
