Members are storytellers, educators, clergy, listeners, librarians, therapists, and everyone who loves to hear and listen to stories. There is a calendar of monthly events categorized by state. LANES is the sponsor of Sharing the Fire, the largest regional storytelling conference in the country that takes place each spring. Next year s Sharing the Fire takes place April 1-3 at University of Mass in Amherst.
