2 1. I used t have an accunt n ThinkLG, what d I need t d t get my ld accunt back? If yu are trying t gain access t yur ld accunt, yu will need t webmaster@thinklg.cm with the assciated accunt infrmatin in rder t reinstate yur accunt. 2. Hw d I reset my passwrd? Please click the Frgt Passwrd link n the lg in page f ThinkLG in rder t reset yur passwrd. An will be sent t yur inbx fr yu t change yur passwrd. 3. What if I m new t ThinkLG? If yu are new t ThinkLG, welcme! Click the Create New Accunt link. Please use yur carrier specific t get access t ThinkLG. If yu are using a persnal address, yur emplyment will be verified befre yu can access ThinkLG cntent. 4. Hw lng will it take fr my accunt t be verified t access ThinkLG cntent? Once yu register and verify yur address, a ThinkLG representative will cntact yur stre within 24 business hurs and will make up t 4 attempts t validate emplyment. Yu will then receive an cnfirmatin t access ThinkLG r an t try t register again.

3 5. What if my retailer r stre des nt shw up during registratin? Start typing yur retailer, select Retailer Nt Fund frm the drp dwn menu and enter in yur retailer infrmatin. Please fill ut all fields with yur retailer infrmatin. If yur stre des nt appear when yu start typing yur stre name, select Stre Nt Fund t enter in yur stre infrmatin. Please fill ut all fields with yur stre infrmatin. 6. Hw d I see infrmatin abut the carrier(s) I supprt? If yu d nt see prducts, sales prmtins r ther infrmatin abut the carrier(s) yu supprt yu can update yur carrier access by clicking n the Yur Carrier Access buttn. Frm here yu will be able t see what carrier access yu already have. If yur carrier(s) is nt there, click the Add Carrier Badge buttn. Select yur carrier frm the drp dwn and enter yur lcatin ID. If yu are still having truble yu can send an t webmaster@thinklg.cm with the carriers yu are suppsed t see. 7. What if I d nt knw my Lcatin ID? If yu d nt knw yur Lcatin ID, yur stre manager will! Ask them and enter it in. Yu will be given access immediately. If yu are still unable t find ut yur Lcatin ID, send an t webmaster@thinklg.cm.

4 8. I m nt sure what retailer I chse when I first lgged in, hw d I check that r change it? T see what retailer yu chse, check yur prfile by clicking yur address lcated at the tp right crner, and prceed t click My Prfile. Here yu can view yur prfile infrmatin. T change yur retailer in yur prfile, navigate t Emplyment Infrmatin t update yur retailer and stre infrmatin. 9. Hw d I update my persnal infrmatin? T update yur persnal infrmatin, prceed t My Prfile t update any infrmatin. 10. Where are my pints, and hw d I check my pints? The pints system is back and any pints yu have previusly accrued are available! Yur available pints and histry can be fund in the Redemptin Stre. 11. I purchased an item frm the ld ThinkLG, hw can I check n its status? Any purchased prducts (nt acquired via prizes, rewards, r pints) yu can check n the status by calling HINDA at Where is learn-t-earn? The learn-t-earn prgrams are als cming back sn, s yu will be able t increase yur knwledge and earn pints!
