1 Kooza Contest Conditions Promotion Purpose To offer a bonus chance to win an additional prize on Kooza products via PlayNow.com, Participating Facilities, or Scratch & Win Ticket. Definitions CTW means chance(s) to win a Grand Prize. BCLC means British Columbia Lottery Corporation Drawn Entrant(s) means a Qualified Entrant whose name is drawn as a result of a Grand Prize Draw. Gaming Day means the twenty-four (24) hour period from 7:00:00 am PT / 9:00:00 am CT on one day to 6:59:59 am PT / 8:59:59 am CT the following day during the Promotion Period. Ticket means a Kooza Scratch & Win ticket (available in BC only). Ticket CTRL No. means a valid thirteen (13) digit code on each Ticket used to enter the Contest, as shown on the Contest Page. Contest Page means the Ticket contest entry page on the webpage PlayNow.com/Kooza Lottery Retailer means a person contracted by BCLC to sell lottery tickets and provide lottery services at a retail location that pays out prize claims for Scratch & Win tickets, or a person who is an employee or volunteer of a Lottery Retailer. Grand Prize package has an approximate retail value of $4,800 CDN and consists of: A travel credit voucher (the Travel Voucher ) of up to $4,000 CDN to be used towards a return flight for two (2) to Las Vegas from a Canadian departure airport and accommodation; and A pair of tickets to 1 of 3 Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas, O, KA or LOVE, with: o Premium Seating, and o Backstage Access, and o Meeting an artist or crew member. Cirque du Soleil swag Grand Prize Draw means one (1) of three (3) draws for a Grand Prize, consisting of one (1) draw each for Qualified Entrants who enter the promotion at: 1) British Columbia and/or Manitoba PlayNow.com; 2) Participating Facilities located in British Columbia; and 3) by playing Kooza Scratch & Win and entering valid Ticket CTRL No. at PlayNow.com/Kooza (available in BC only) The Grand Prize Draws are scheduled to take place at BCLC s Vancouver office on Friday,, or as soon as practical thereafter. Grand Prize Winner means the Drawn Entrants who meets and agrees to all promotion conditions including signing of the Winner s Authorization Form. Participating Facilities are the following facilities in British Columbia: Elements Casino, River Rock Casino, Hard Rock Casino Vancouver, Edgewater Casino, Starlight Casino, Grand Villa Casino, Cascades Casino Langley, View Royal Casino, Lake City Kelowna Casino, Chances Dawson Creek, Chances Ft. St John, Treasure Cove Casino Promotion Period means the period from 7:00:00 am PT / on Thursday, to 6:59:59 am PT / 8:59:59 am CT on Monday,. Qualified Entrant means: With respect to PlayNow.com entrants: A British Columbia resident, 19 years of age or older with an open PlayNow.com account, except for BCLC employees as well as family and household members of same residing at the same address; or A Manitoba resident, 18 years of age or older with an open PlayNow.com account, except for Manitoba Liquor and Lotteries Corporation ( MBLL ) employees, as well as their immediate family members, defined as father, mother, brother, sister, spouse (including common-law), child or ward of the employee. 2 With respect to entrants at Participating Facilities: An individual who is 19 years of age or older and a valid Encore Rewards member, except for BCLC and employees of service providers at Participating Facilities, as well as family and household members of same who reside at the same address. With respect to entrants who enter by purchasing a Ticket: A person who is a British Columbia resident 19 years of age or older and who is not: A BCLC employee, A SplashDot Inc. employee, A Lottery Retailer, or A household member of: A BCLC or SplashDot Inc. employee, or A Lottery Retailer. Provided that: Individuals who are currently self-excluded or who self-exclude at any time during the Promotion Period from PlayNow.com or a British Columbia gaming facility are not Qualified Entrants and are not eligible to win a prize. Individuals that are currently barred or are barred at any time during the Promotion Period from PlayNow.com or a British Columbia gaming facility are not Qualified Entrants and are not eligible to win a prize. Winner s Authorization Form means such representations, indemnities and releases as BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC may require in their sole discretion from the Drawn Entrant in consideration of and in order to induce BCLC and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC to deliver a Grand Prize to the Drawn Entrant. How to Earn Chances to Win On PlayNow.com: A Qualified Entrant must log in to his or her PlayNow.com account and correctly enter the promotion code KOOZA during the Promotion Period in the My Promotions section of PlayNow.com. Once a Qualified Entrant has correctly entered the promotion code, the Qualified Entrant can earn a maximum of one (1) CTW per Gaming Day during the Promotion Period by making a minimum $1 CDN wager on the Kooza casino slot game on PlayNow.com. A Qualified Entrant only needs to enter the promotion code once in order to earn CTWs on PlayNow.com throughout the Promotion Period. Only the first CTW earned on PlayNow.com will display on the Promotions Earned page of PlayNow.com. All subsequent CTWs are manually calculated at the end of the Promotion Period and will not display on the Promotions Earned page. In Participating Facilities: Qualified Entrants must be Encore Rewards members in order to earn CTWs at Participating Facilities in British Columbia during the Promotion Period. A Qualified Entrant can earn a maximum of one (1) CTW per Gaming Day during the Promotion Period when he or she: 1) correctly inserts his or her Encore Rewards card into a Kooza slot machine at a Participating Facility; and 2) makes a minimum $1 CDN wager at a Kooza slot machine. By playing the Ticket: Entrant must purchase a Ticket from any Lottery Retailer with the Ticket CTRL No. found under the latex covering of the Ticket; and Go to PlayNow.com/Kooza, and under the ticket section, click to the Contest Page; and 1. Complete and submit the contest entry form on the Contest Page to create a contest account; and 2. In your contest account, enter the Ticket CTRL. No. to receive a CTW. Chances to Win Qualified Entrants that are British Columbia residents can earn a maximum of one (1) CTW on PlayNow.com per Gaming Day during the Promotion Period, up to a total of thirty-two (32)CTWs, and one (1) CTW at a Participating Facility per Gaming Day during the Promotion Period, up to a total of thirty-two (32) CTWs. Qualified Entrants that are Manitoba residents can earn one (1) CTW on PlayNow.com per Gaming Day during the Promotion Period, up to a total of thirty-two (32) CTWs.

3 Qualified Entrants who purchase a Ticket from any BCLC Lottery Retailer and then enter the Ticket CTRL. No on the Contest Page can earn one (1) entry for each Ticket purchased. Qualified Entrants can enter up to a maximum of onehundred (100) CTW per gaming day. At the end of the Promotion Period all CTWs earned throughout the Promotion Period will be totaled and entered into one (1) of the three (3) Grand Prize Grand Prize Draw Eligibility Period Grand Prize Promotion Draw Date Code Start Date/Time End Date/Time Grand Prize PlayNow.com BC and MB: KOOZA one Travel Voucher; and tickets to a Cirque Du Soleil Show, and Cirque du Soleil swag No promotion code required. Participating Facilities: one Travel Voucher; and tickets to a Cirque du Soleil show, and Cirque du Soleil swag Players must enter their unique Ticket CTRL No. on the Contest Page. Ticket: one Travel Voucher; and tickets to a Cirque du Soleil show, and Cirque du Soleil swag The Grand Prize Draw will consist of three (3) draws: 1) one (1) draw will be conducted from CTWs earned by Qualified Entrants who enter the promotion at Participating Facilities; 2) one (1) draw will be conducted from CTWs earned by Qualified Entrants resident in British Columbia and Manitoba who enter the promotion at PlayNow.com; and 3) one (1) draw will be conducted from CTWs earned by Qualified Entrants who purchased a Ticket and entered the promotion with their Ticket CTRL No. on the Contest Page. The Grand Prize Draws will take place on or as soon as practical thereafter. BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC will determine if each Drawn CTW is that of a Qualified Entrant. If BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC is unable to determine the Drawn CTW is that of a Qualified Entrant or the Drawn Entrant is ineligible, disqualified, or does not accept the Grand Prize, that Drawn CTW will be disqualified and another CTW will be drawn. This process will continue until all three (3) prizes have been awarded. A BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC representative will attempt to contact each Drawn Entrant by telephone and/or using the contact information provided in his or her Encore Rewards member profile, Contest Page profile or PlayNow.com profile within four (4) days of the Grand Prize Draw. Drawn Entrants will have seven (7) days from the first contact attempt to respond and accept the prize before BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC may, at its sole discretion, determine the Grand Prize is forfeited and another Drawn Entrant selected as a Grand Prize Winner. The Drawn Entrant from a Participating Facility must, at his or her own expense, visit Guest Services at a Participating Facility to claim his or her prize within seven (7) days of the first contact attempt by BCLC. If the Drawn Entrant is not

4 able to visit a Participating Facility to claim his or her prize within the seven (7) days, then at BCLC s sole discretion, a Grand Prize may be forfeited and another Drawn Entrant selected as the Grand Prize Winner. Drawn Entrants must provide valid photo identification and complete a Winner s Authorization Form before the Grand Prize will be awarded. If a Drawn Entrant does not comply with these requirements, then he or she may, at BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC s sole discretion, be deemed to have refused a Grand Prize and another Drawn Entrant selected as a Grand Prize Winner. In order to participate in a Grand Prize, each Grand Prize Winner s guest must complete such authorizations, releases and indemnities as BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC may require, in their sole discretion. Grand Prize The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred without the consent of BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, which may be withheld for any reason. Qualified Entrants can only win one (1) Grand Prize. The Cirque du Soleil show package expires February 24, Grand prize winners must book through BCLC representative. Travel credit cannot be used towards another travel itinerary and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining travel credit not used towards the travel itinerary for this promotion is forfeited. Travel must be booked with Hume Travel by February 24, Hume Travel can be contacted at 401 W Georgia Street #1680, Vancouver, BC V6B 5A1 or by telephone at By accepting the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winner authorizes and agrees that his or her name and telephone number and/or address will be provided to Hume Travel for the purpose of facilitating the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winners and their guests must accept any additional terms and conditions, releases or indemnities, and provide any information required by Hume Travel. Grand Prize Winners who do not accept any additional terms and conditions, releases or indemnities, or provide any information required by Hume Travel will be deemed to have refused the Grand Prize and another Drawn Entrant will be selected as the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winners and their guests are solely responsible for: o any additional expenses not included in or covered by the $4,000 CDN travel credit, including but not limited to: any secondary, upgraded, or additional travel itinerary, experience or accommodations; food, drink, entertainment, and experience charges; and taxes, fees, port expenses, and gratuities; o transportation to/from their arrival and departure airports; o travel documentation or passport fees; o travel vaccinations or medical consultations; o any expenses incurred by a Grand Prize Winner or his or her guest while he or she is partaking in the Grand Prize (e.g. gaming costs or losses, medical expenses, trip interruption or cancellation, lost or stolen items, missed flights/ connections, cancellation fees, etc.); o ensuring that they have the necessary legal documents to travel outside Canada; and o travel and medical/health insurance for travelling outside Canada. General Conditions It is the responsibility of each Qualified Entrant to ensure that his or her Encore Rewards member profile, and/or Contest Page profile, and/or PlayNow.com profile has current information, including a current telephone number and address at which he or she can be contacted. In no event shall BCLC or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC be liable for a Qualified Entrant not receiving notification of the fact that his/her name has been drawn. By entering this promotion, each person consents to the collection, use, access, disclosure and storage of his or her personal information inside and outside of Canada. BCLC, and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, are not liable for any loss or damage to any Entrant or their computer or any other property related to or resulting from participating in this contest or downloading any material related thereto. BCLC and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage to person or property, related to or resulting from participating in this contest, whether or not resulting from or connected with acts or omissions of BCLC, MBLL, or any participating gaming service providers. BCLC, or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, may, at their sole discretion and without liability to any individual or Qualified Entrant, alter, amend, change, modify, or suspend this promotion at any time and are not responsible for commencing, continuing or completing any event or awarding prizes, in the event of circumstances beyond their control. BCLC and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, reserve the right not to award a Grand Prize in the event that the integrity of all, or a part, of the promotion is compromised. Such a compromise shall include, but is not limited to, computer error, slot machine malfunction, fraud, deception, misrepresentation or misuse.

5 BCLC, and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, reserve the right in their sole discretion, to substitute all or a portion of a Grand Prize with replacement prize(s) of equal or greater value. Each Grand Prize Winner and each Grand Prize Winner s guest will indemnify and save BCLC, MBLL and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC harmless from and against any and all actions, claims or demands by the Grand Prize Winner or the Grand Prize Winner s guest (including costs incurred by BCLC, MBLL or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, in defending such actions, claims or demands) brought against BCLC, MBLL or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC which arise out of or are in any way connected to the Grand Prize, including but not limited to, travel, accommodation or gaming. Encore Rewards cards must not be transferred. If an Encore Rewards member distributes his/her Encore Rewards card to other players, he/she will not be eligible to receive any prize and may have his/her membership revoked. BCLC, and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, reserve the right to disqualify entrants and/or entries that do not comply with these conditions. BCLC, Participating Facilities, and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, have the right to publish the name, address and a recent photograph of any Grand Prize Winner without liability or remuneration. In making the Grand Prizes available, BCLC and MBLL in conjunction with BCLC make no representations or warranties whatsoever, either expressed or implied, oral or written, in respect of the Grand Prize. All submitted entries become the property of BCLC and MBLL. All decisions of BCLC, or MBLL in conjunction with BCLC, are final and binding. Privacy Notice For British Columbia Residents: Your personal information (i.e. your name, address, Encore Rewards member and/or PlayNow.com account information) is collected in accordance with British Columbia s Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be collected, used, accessed, disclosed and stored inside and outside of Canada for the administration of this promotion (including screening individuals who are barred or in the voluntary self-exclusion program).
