3 Overview Volume I ICAO Spectrum Strategy and Policies Volume II ICAO Frequency Assignment Planning Pre-publication drafts of Doc 9718 and other relevant material can be downloaded, free of charge, from the ACP website (Repository section) at The latest Edition of Doc 9718, now called Doc 9718 Volume I, first edition, became available in printed format this week (March 2014). The new Volume II became available in printed format last autumn. 3
