It allows you to obtain 3D images of exceptional quality. Thanks to an interactive, user-friendly interface, Simplant PRO is also a high-performing communication tool for reaching a treatment plan with your correspondents or patients. 2. PROSTHESIS DIGITIZATION A radio-opaque simulation, created through a dual scan (patient and prosthesis) of the future restoration, allows you to obtain a precise visualization of the site of the future teeth according to the available volume of bone. 3. COMPUTER PLANNING Thanks to the axiom virtual implant and prosthetic components library, you have all the time and information required to define the ideal format, orientation and emergence of implants, in conformance with the bone topography and the site of the future prosthesis. 4. CREATING A GUIDE Once the simulation is validated, the file is sent via to Materialise which then makes your stereolithographic surgical guide. This guide ensures the precise repositioning of implants on the day of the surgery. 5. GUIDED SURGERY The compact, educational kit allows surgery to be conducted confidently. The guide systematically updates a log synthesizes all of the drilling operations associated with each site into a readable chart. 6. PRE-RECORDED OR IMMEDIATE PROSTHESIS Depending on the case, patients may receive a prosthetic device immediately on the day of the surgery in accordance with the treatment plan. Low-invasive implant formats allow optimal use of the system in case of reduced bone volume. SIMPLANT PRO SIMULATION SOFTWARE Simplant PRO is a worldwide reference implant planning tool. It is a universal interactive program which is compatible with all CT scanners. In addition, its simplicity and intuitiveness make it your greatest ally for (virtually) validating treatment plans and also for communicating simply and clearly with your patients. STEREOLITHOGRAPHIC SURGICAL GUIDE The guides are an extension of the diagnosis using Simplant PRO. These tailor-made guides are produced by stereolithography. They are the exact reproduction of the anatomical environment. Repositioned in the mouth in a supra-osseous, supra-mucosal or supra-dental position, this guide will allow you to precisely place implants according to your simulation. PRECISE CENTERING SYSTEM Axial guiding of the drilling is ensured by a sliding detachable centering ring, placed on the drill. This ring ensures perfect stability of the tool during the «drilling» sequence. It cleverly replaces the use of «guiding spoons», which are clumsier to handle and require multiple manipulations. UNIQUE DEPTH CONTROL The originality of the system lies in the fact that the control rest is located on the MONT BLANC contra-angle! It ensures the vertical guidance of the drills and is a complement to the sliding rings. Machined reference marks enable quick and easy adjustment.

5 5 L E T U S G U I D E Y O U SET OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE DRILLS The variable wedge angle geometry of the drills makes it possible to ensure high-performance boring. The risk of bone overheating is considerably lowered. The effectiveness of the wedge angle also enables strict compliance with the drilling shaft pre-defined by the guide. COMPACT KIT All the drilling instruments are in one compact kit. Simplification of the procedures enables you to limit the number of instruments and thereby minimise the risk of error and time of manipulation on the day of the surgery. SET OF FIXATION SCREWS WITH AUTOMATIC BREAK-OFF HEADS Fixation screws are used with any guide and are mounted directly on the contra-angle for better accessibility and perfect stabilization of the guide. They are self-tapping and can be removed easily with a screwdriver. «FLAPLESS» SURGERY If the conditions are favorable, the guides allow safe placement of the implants using a flapless technique. Healing of the bone as well as the patient s comfort is optimized. It enables you to visualise your patient s anatomy from a scanner with unequalled precision in 3D. Thanks to the axiom components library, it is easy to optimize the position of your implants while considering both the clinical and aesthetic aspects. axiom GUIDED SURGERY KIT All of the instruments are in one compact kit. The tilt of the kit and the color coding enable quick identification of the diameters of the drills. Four of each centering ring are provided to prepare your drilling sequences in advance. Particular care has been taken to the precision fabrication of each reference in order to give the system a higher degree of viability between the computer simulation and placement in the mouth. MONT-BLANC GUIDED SURGERY CONTRA-ANGLE The Mont Blanc contra-angle is part of the newest generation of high-tech contra-angles on the market. It has an exceptional torque resistance of 80 N.cm allowing all surgical acts to be carried out without risk of overheating. The head is fully detachable and meets the standards which remain increasingly demanding in terms of asepsis.
