2 Ulsterbus Express service to Scotland Ulsterbus Express offers great value coach services from all over Northern Ireland to Scotland with three services daily to Glasgow and Edinburgh. 2+1 x About the Journey LUGGAGE Transferal of luggage is the passengers responsibility throughout the journey. Luggage space is limited. Two medium suitcase per person plus hand luggage are carried free of charge. You may be required to assist with loading and unloading of single luggage items over 25kg. Excess luggage will not be carried. No bikes or livestock, except Registered Assistance Dogs, are permitted. infants One child under 3 years of age and not occupying a seat, and accompanied by an adult, fare paying passenger will be carried Free of charge, on the condition that they sit on the lap of the parent/ guardian. For Insurance purposes, for your convenience and that of other passengers, booking staff must be aware of all infants travelling, at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in refusal of travel. Children over 3 will be subject to the standard child fare. CANCELLING YOUR TICKET Should you need to cancel your ticket, please telephone the Ulsterbus Travel Centre on /7003 in advance of your journey. Refunds cannot be given to passengers who fail to arrive for their departure. Where travel is cancelled before time of travel a refund will be made subject to a 20% admin fee of the value of the unused portion of the ticket (no refunds on advance fares). Alterations can be made before the date and time of travel subject to amendment fee. BOOKING CONDITIONS All tickets are sold subject to the standard conditions of Translink. Copies of our General Conditions of Carriage are available for inspection, on our website or at our offices. All information given in this leaflet is correct at time of print. However, we reserve the right to make alterations without notice and you are advised to check the exact details at the time of booking. ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS Due to possible disruption caused by adverse weather, we may have to arrange alternative ferry travel. This may involve an earlier departure from the Europa Buscentre. In periods of adverse weather please check 12 hours in advance of departure by calling the Travel Centre on /7003 (Monday - Friday 9.00am pm), the Translink Contact Centre on (Monday - Friday 7.00am pm, Sat - Sun 8.00am pm) or by checking the Translink website for the latest travel news. GREAT VALUE We can provide complimentary travel within Northern Ireland on Translink bus and rail service for passengers travelling on the 923 service to and from the Europa Buscentre, Belfast (subject to prevailing local timetable). To avail of this you MUST notify your booking agent on purchase of an Ulsterbus Express ticket. Please check for suitable connection times at your local depot. It is your responsibility to be at the correct departure point at the correct time. CONNECTING SERVICES In the event of the service being delayed, or if you miss the advertised departure time, due to factors which are outside our control, such as unpredictable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works or diversions, we shall not be liable for any losses, damage costs or inconvenience that you suffer as a result. MODERN COACHES Ulsterbus Express services are operated by coaches equipped with reclining seats, onboard toilet facilities and since 2009 all our Express coaches feature free wifi, giving you internet connection on the move! Smoking is not permitted on our coaches. Other coach providers may be sourced during periods of excess demand. TRAVELLING TO ENGLAND AND EUROPE National Express operate a daily coach service from Belfast to London (920) with onward connections to over 280 European destinations. The 920 Service is operated subject to National Express Terms and Conditions and fares are calculated at the time of booking.
