3 The Venue Oracle is a stunning 360 degree spilt level building located in Brewery Wharf. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre and overlooking the River Aire, it is perfectly placed for any celebration or event. Now in its 10th year, Oracle has gained a wealth of experience and has an excellent reputation for hosting bespoke events. The venue itself is split over two floors: Ground Floor Bar and First Floor Bar and Nightclub - both of which are available to hire for corporate and private events. Oracle also has one of the cities largest waterfront terraces making it the perfect setting for a BBQ, wedding, birthday celebration or corporate event. 3

5 Ground Floor The Ground Floor Bar has a standing capacity of 250 with seating for approximately 70 people, plus space on the terrace for an additional 150 people. This modern, bright and minimal space can be hired exclusively for private and corporate events or alternatively you can hire a section of the bar/ terrace for smaller events and parties. The venue is available for hire seven days a week including Saturday s, until 2.30am. There is no hire fee, but a minimum spend is required which varies dependent on the day and number of guests attending. Area reservations can be accommodated from 10 to 100 people. You would receive a section of the bar, dependent of party size, with signage, ropes and posts and bartenders assigned exclusively to you. The rest of the bar would be available to the general public. Venue hire includes all staffing, security and use of facilities including DJ equipment (deposit required). The venue is also available for day time events and meetings as well as corporate events, after work drinks, birthdays, BBQ s and hog roasts, networking events, Christmas parties, hen parties, wedding/ engagement parties and baby showers! 5

7 The Terrace The Oracle Moët Terrace can accommodate up to 150 people with seating and can be hired exclusively or partially for smaller groups. The exclusive Moët Terrace overlooks the River Aire and has two large parasols with outdoor heating making it suitable for both warm summer nights and cool winter evenings. This area is perfect for BBQ s and hog roasts. If you book the Moët Terrace you are also allocated a section of the indoor bar. 7

9 First Floor Bar and Nightclub The First Floor houses a boutique nightclub, with plush leather seating, a VIP lounge, large dance floor area and DJ space. Oracle s First Floor is sponsored by Cîroc Vodka and Moët & Chandon, instantly giving your party that extra dash of opulence. Food is also available to be served upstairs. This floor is available to hire for any type of event and charges are based on a minimum spend on food and drink over the course of the evening. Minimum spends vary and depending on the night of the week start from 750. The First Floor club is available to hire any day of the week (excluding Saturday) from 7pm until 3am. 9

10 Catering Oracle can supply a range of event catering options including canapés, hot and cold buffets, BBQ s and hog roasts. All menus can be found at Our Head Chef is happy to create a bespoke menu to suit any budget. Drinks packages Oracle prides itself on an impressive back bar and extensive cocktail and champagne list. There are a number of different drinks options that can be tailored to your event. Options can be found at Please note: Draught beer is not served on the First Floor. Entertainment Over the years Oracle has established relationships with a number of trusted suppliers for entertainment and party dressing. Struggling for ideas? No problem. The team have contacts for balloon and table dressing, photographers, DJ s, photo booths, magicians, casino tables and much, much more.
