2 PRODUCT DISCLOSURE SHEET FOR VISA INFINITE BUSINESS CREDIT CARD (Read this Product Disclosure Sheet before you decide to take up the Visa Infinite Business Credit Card. Be sure to also read the general terms and conditions.) 1. What is this product about? This is a Visa Infinite Business Credit Card, with a line of credit granted by us to you as working capital and convenient payment tool. The new Visa Infinite Business Credit Card is also a Visa paywave enabled card. 2. What are the application options available to me? There are two options available, namely Personal Liability and Company Liability Visa Infinite Business Credit Card. Credit Limit Company Liability Visa Infinite Business Credit Card - Min RM25,000 Max RM500,000 Personal Liability Visa Infinite Business Credit Card - Min RM30,000 Max RM300,000 Note: The assignment of credit limit is subject to credit evaluation and customer repayment capacity. Eligibility Criteria Company Liability Visa Infinite Business Credit Card - Min annual turnover RM500,000 - Min 3 years in business Personal Liability Visa Infinite Business Credit Card - Min annual income RM150,000 - Min 2 years in business 3. What do I get from this product? You will have two (2) options to choose from, namely: a) Bonus Points - 2x Timeless Bonus Points (TBP) for every RM1 spent overseas - 1x Timeless Bonus Point (TBP) for every RM1 spent locally b) Cash Back Cash Back Factor Monthly Spend Tier (RM) Tier 1: 0.2% 1 10,000 Tier 2: 0.5% 10, ,000 Tier 3: 0.8% 200, ,000 Tier 4: 1.5% 300, ,000 Finance Charges Finance charges will not be imposed if you pay your outstanding amount in full before the payment due date. However, if you pay the minimum monthly repayment, or no payment is made after the due date, finance charges will be imposed. The finance charges will be based on your repayment track record, ranging from 15% p.a. to 18% p.a. of the outstanding amount, calculated on a daily basis after the interest free period. Different tiers of interest rates apply depending on how promptly the customer makes payment: Prompt payment (for the last 12 months) Prompt payment (at least for the last 10 to 11 months) None of the above Maximum 15% p.a. 3 Cash Advance Finance charge is 18% p.a. of cash advance amount, calculated on daily basis from the date of withdrawal until the date of full repayment. The daily cash withdrawal limit is up to 75% of the Cardmember s prescribed credit limit subject however to: i) The applicable daily withdrawal limit of any ATM of Alliance Bank or of any other bank or institution with whom Alliance Bank has an arrangement(s) for the use of the ATM of the said bank or institution in the case of cash withdrawal through an ATM; and ii) The cash withdrawal at any one time not causing the aggregate outstanding balance of the Cardmember s obligation to Alliance Bank to exceed the Cardmember s prescribed credit limit. 4. What are my obligations? Minimum monthly repayment: 5% of the outstanding balance or a minimum of RM50, whichever is higher. If partial payment, minimum payment or no payment is made after the payment due date, finance charges will be imposed from the day transaction is posted to the Card account. Finance charge free period: 26 days from the statement date, provided there is no outstanding balance in the credit card account. If you do not pay in full and on time, finance charges on retail transactions will be calculated from the posting date of the transaction. There are no finance charges-free periods on cash advances. 5. What are the fees and charges I have to pay? Annual fee: a) Charge on Company/Principal RM848** b) Charge on Nominee/Supplementary RM106** First year waived, thereafter fee will be waived with minimum spending of *RM80,000 p.a. Failure will result in annual fee being charged as per the above. *Only for retail transactions, excluding Cash Advance, Fast Cash and FlexiPay transactions. Cash advance fee: 5.3%** of the amount advanced or a minimum of RM15.90**, whichever is higher. Card replacement fee (lost/stolen card): RM50 per card. Overseas transaction conversion fee: Foreign currency transactions are first converted to US Dollars through VISA International or MasterCard International before the US Dollars are subsequently converted to Ringgit Malaysia on the date the transaction is posted into the Member's VISA/MASTERCARD Business Card Account, at the conversion rate and charges as determined by VISA or MASTERCARD. Sales draft retrieval fee: Original sales draft retrieval at RM15.90** per retrieval and no charges for photocopy of sales draft after retrieval is done. Statement duplicate/re-issue: RM5.30** per statement. Courier charges (based on actual charges): RM5.83** (Peninsular Malaysia), RM16.32** or actual (Singapore/East Malaysia). Stamp duty: As prescribed under the Stamp Duty Act **Inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 6% unless otherwise stated. 6. What if I fail to fulfil my obligations? Late payment penalty: 1% per month of total outstanding balance or a minimum of RM10 whichever is higher, up to RM100. Right to set-off: The bank ( ABMB ) has the right to set-off any credit balance in your account maintained with us against any outstanding balance in this loan account upon giving prior notice of at least seven (7) calendar days. When such set-off requires the conversion of one currency into another, such conversion shall be calculated at the bank s prevailing rate of exchange which shall be determined by the bank at its sole discretion. Liability for unauthorised transactions: We may resolve that your liability be limited to RM subject to the following conditions: (1) You had in good faith and with reasonable care and diligence safeguarded the credit card or the PIN from risk of loss, theft, unauthorised usage, disclosure or compromise; AND (2) You have not acted fraudulently; AND (3) You had immediately and without delay notified us upon discovery of loss, theft, unauthorised usage of the credit card or PIN or non Page 3 of 4

4 receipt of a renewal or replacement credit card. If you fail to abide by Clause 14.2 of the Terms & Conditions of the credit card, we may, cancel or revoke the Visa Infinite Business Credit Card and/or any of the facilities/services offered with the Visa Infinite Business Credit Card and the whole outstanding balance on the Visa Infinite Business Credit Card Account shall become immediately due and payable to us. Should the Member have difficulty in settling the amount in full, the Bank may at its discretion consider scheduled paydown options to be made available to the Member. 7. What if I fully settle the balance before its maturity (for Fast Cash or FlexiPay Plan)? You may opt for early settlement, however any paid interest charges will not be refunded. 8. Do I need any insurance coverage? Not Applicable. 9. What are the major risks involved? By paying only minimum monthly repayment, the interest amount and time taken to settle the full amount will increase. Think about your repayment capacity when charging the credit card. The finance charges imposed on the outstanding balance for this credit card is based on a tiered pricing structure in accordance to your repayment history. If you have problems paying for your credit card balances, contact us early to discuss repayment alternatives. You should notify us immediately after your credit card is lost or stolen. 6 LAMPIRAN PENDEDAHAN PRODUK KAD KREDIT PERNIAGAAN VISA INFINITE (Sila baca Lampiran Pendedahan Produk ini sebelum anda mendaftarkan diri untuk Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite. Pastikan anda turut membaca terma dan syarat-syarat umum.) 1. Apakah produk ini? Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite adalah sejenis bantuan kredit yand boleh digunakan sebagai modal kerja dan alat pembayaran mudah. Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite baru ini adalah juga kad Visa paywave. 2. Apakah opsyen permohonan yang boleh diambil? Kami menyediakan dua opsyen iaitu Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite Liabiliti Peribadi dan Liabiliti Syarikat. Had Kredit Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite Liabiliti Syarikat - Min RM25,000 Max RM500,000 Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite Liabiliti Peribadi - Min RM30,000 Max RM300,000 Nota: Penetapan had kredit adalah tertakluk kepada penilaian kredit dan kapasiti pembayaran semula pelanggan. Kriteria Kelayakan Kad Kedit Perniagaan Visa Infinite Liabiliti Syarikat - Perolehan tahunan minimum RM500,000 - Min 3 tahun dalam perniagaan Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite Liabiliti Peribadi - Pendapatan tahunan minimum M150,000 - Min 2 tahun dalam perniagaan 3. Apa yang akan saya terima daripada produk ini? Anda akan diberikan dua (2) opsyen iaitu: a) Mata Bonus - 2x Mata Bonus Timeless (TBP) untuk setiap RM1 yang dibelanjakan di luar negara - 1x Mata Bonus Timeless (TBP) untuk setiap RM1 yang dibelanjakan di dalam negara b) Pengembalian Tunai Faktor Pengembalian Tunai Tingkat Perbelanjaan Bulanan (RM) Tingkat 1: 0.2% 1-10,000 Tingkat 2: 0.5% 10, ,000 Tingkat 3: 0.8% 200, ,000 Tingkat 4: 1.5% 300, ,000 Caj Kewangan Caj kewangan tidak akan dikenakan sekiranya anda membayar jumlah baki bulanan sepenuhnya sebelum tarikh akhir pembayaran. Bagaimanapun, sekiranya anda membuat bayaran bulanan minimum, atau tiada bayaran dibuat selepas tarikh akhir pembayaran, caj kewangan akan dikenakan. Caj kewangan adalah berdasarkan rekod pembayaran semula anda, iaitu di antara 15% setahun hingga 18% setahun daripada jumlah baki, yang dikira setiap hari selepas tempoh bebas faedah berakhir. 7 Tingkat kadar faedah yang berbeza akan dikenakan bergantung kepada ketepatan masa pelanggan dalam membuat pembayaran: Pembayaran menepati masa (untuk 12 bulan terakhir) Pembayaran menepati masa (sekurang-kurangnya 10 hingga 11 bulan terakhir) Tiada di atas Maksimum 15% setahun Maksimum 17% setahun Maksimum 18% setahun Pendahuluan Tunai - Caj kewangan adalah 18% setahun daripada jumlah pendahuluan tunai, yang dikira setiap hari daripada tarikh pengeluaran sehingga tarikh pembayaran semula penuh. Had pengeluaran tunai harian adalah sehingga 75% daripada had kredit Ahli Kad yang ditetapkan tetapi tertakluk kepada: i) Had pengeluaran harian mana-mana ATM Alliance Bank atau mana-mana bank atau institusi yang mempunyai urusjanji dengan Alliance Bank berkaitan penggunaan ATM bank atau institusi terbabit bagi kes pengeluaran tunai menerusi ATM; dan ii) Pengeluaran tunai pada satu-satu masa tidak menyebabkan jumlah baki agregat obligasi Ahli Kad kepada Alliance Bank melebihi had kredit yang telah ditetapkan untuk Ahli Kad. 4. Apakah obligasi saya? Pembayaran semula bulanan minimum 5% daripada jumlah baki atau minimum RM50, yang mana lebih tinggi. Sekiranya pembayaran separuh, pembayaran minimum atau tiada pembayaran dibuat selepas tarikh tempoh akhir pembayaran, caj kewangan akan dikenakan bermula dari hari urusniaga dicatatkan ke dalam akaun Kad. Tempoh bebas caj kewangan: 26 hari daripada tarikh penyata, dengan syarat bahawa tiada baki belum berbayar dalam akaun kad kredit tersebut. Sekiranya anda tidak membuat pembayaran penuh tepat pada masanya, caj kewangan ke atas uruniaga runcit akan dikira bermula daripada tarikh urusniaga dicatatkan. Tiada tempoh bebas caj kewangan bagi pendahuluan tunai. 5. Apakah yuran dan caj yang perlu saya bayar? Yuran tahunan: a) Caj ke atas Syarikat/Pemegang Utama - RM848** b) Caj ke atas Penama/Pemegang Kedua - RM106** Tahun pertama diketepikan - yuran akan diketepikan dengan penggunaan minimum sebanyak *RM80,000 setahun. Kegagalan akan menyebabkan yuran tahunan dicaj seperti dinyatakan di atas *Hanya untuk urusniaga runcit, tidak termasuk urusniaga Pendahuluan Tunai, Tunai Pantas FlexiPay. Yuran Pendahuluan Tunai: 5.3%** daripada jumlah yang didahulukan atau minimum RM15.90**, yang mana lebih tinggi. Yuran penggantian kad (kad hilang/dicuri): RM50 setiap kad. Yuran tukaran urusniaga luar negara: Urusniaga matawang asing akan ditukar ke dalam Dolar AS terlebih dahulu menerusi VISA International atau MasterCard International sebelum Dolar AS tersebut ditukar ke dalam Ringgit Malaysia pada tarikh urusniaga dicatatkan dalam Akaun Kad Perniagaan VISA/MASTERCARD Ahli, pada kadar tukaran dan caj yang ditentukan oleh VISA atau MASTERCARD. Yuran pendapatan semula draf jualan: Perolehan semula draf jualan asal pada RM15.90** untuk setiap perolehan semula dan tiada caj untuk salinan draf jualan selepas perolehan semula selesai. Penyata pendua/dikeluarkan semula: RM5.30** satu penyata. Caj kurier (berdasarkan caj sebenar): RM5.83** (Semenanjung Malaysia), RM16.32** atau sebenar (Singapura/Sabah & Sarawak). Duti setem: Seperti yang dianjurkan di bawah Akta Duti Setem **Termasuk Cukai Barangan dan Perkhidmatan (GST) pada 6% kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya. Page 3 of 5

8 6. Bagaimana jika saya gagal memenuhi obligasi saya? Penalti pembayaran lewat: 1% sebulan daripada jumlah baki belum bayar atau minimum RM10, yang mana lebih tinggi, sehingga RM100. Hak membuat penolakan: Bank ( ABMB ) berhak menolak sebarang baki kredit dalam akaun anda bagi sebarang baki belum bayar dalam akaun pinjaman ini selepas memberi notis awal sekurang-kurangnya tujuh (7) hari calendar. Apabila penolakan tersebut memerlukan penukaran satu matawang kepada matawang lain, penukaran itu akan dikira mengikut kadar tukaran semasa Bank iaitu yang ditentukan oleh Bank mengikut budi bicara mutlaknya. Liabiliti untuk urusniaga tidak dibenarkan: Kami berhak menentukan bahawa liabiliti anda adalah terhad pada RM tertakluk kepada syarat-syarat berikut: (1) Anda dengan penuh amanah dan bertanggungjawab telah memelihara keselamatan kredit kad atau PIN anda daripada risiko kehilangan, kecurian, penggunaan tanpa kebenaran, pendedahan atau ancaman bahaya; DAN (2) Anda tidak terlibat dalam penipuan; DAN (3) Anda dengan serta-merta telah memaklumkan kepada kami apabila menyedari kehilangan, kecurian, penggunaan tanpa kebenaran kredit kad atau PIN anda atau jika anda tidak menerima kad kredit baharu atau gantian anda. Sekiranya anda gagal mematuhi Klausa 14.2 daripada Terma dan Syarat kad kredit, kami berhak membatalkan atau menarik balik Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite dan/atau mana-mana kemudahan/perkhidmatan yang ditawarkan bersama Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite anda serta keseluruhan baki belum bayar dalam Akaun Kad Kredit Perniagaan Visa Infinite anda akan serta-merta tamat tempoh dan perlu dijelaskan segera kepada kami. Sekiranya anda menghadapi kesukaran menjelaskan jumlah tersebut sepenuhnya, Bank mengikut budi bicaranya boleh menjadualkan pembayaran ansuran untuk anda. 7. Bagaimana jika saya melangsaikan bayaran penuh sebelum tempoh matang (untuk Pelan Fast Cash atau FlexiPay)? Anda boleh memilih untuk melakukan pembayaran penuh awal, tetapi sebarang caj faedah yang telah dibayar tidak akan dikembalikan. 8. Adakah saya memerlukan perlindungan insurans? Tidak Berkenaan. 9. Apakah risiko besar yang terlibat? Dengan hanya membayar baki bulanan minimum, jumlah faedah dan masa untuk melangsaikan jumlah penuh akan meningkat. Fikirkan tentang kapasiti pembayaran semula anda ketika menggunakan kad kredit. Caj kewangan yang dikenakan ke atas baki belum bayar kad kredit ini adalah berdasarkan struktur harga bertingkat sejajar dengan sejarah pembayaran semula anda. Sekiranya anda mempunyai masalah melangsaikan baki kad kredit anda, hubungi kami secepat mungkin bagi membincangkan alternatif pembayaran semula. Anda harus memaklumkan kami serta-merta sekiranya kad kredit anda hilang atau dicuri. Anda boleh menghubungi Pusat Hubungan Alliance Bank di Adakah saya memerlukan cagaran atau penjamin?
