1 Amendment Regulations (No 2) 2004 Pursuant to section 324 of the and Compensation Act 2001, Her Excellency the Governor General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations. These regulations, which come into force on 1 April 2005, amend the and Compensation (Liability to Pay Regulations The amendments increase the amount payable for a claimant who is 6 years old or over as follows: for consultations for ACC treatment with a medical practitioner, the payment is increased from $26.00 to $32.00: 10
