The site is also ideal for product launches and we can work with you to ensure that your product is shown to its best potential and that your guests have a truly memorable experience. 4 Our Activities Wakeboarding & Knee boarding If you are looking for an afternoon of action and thrills to blow the office cobwebs away a session on the overhead cable tow is perfect for your corporate event. We guarantee a friendly welcome on the dock and our experienced staff will work with your delegates to improve their skills and ensure a fantastic time is had by all. The cable tow is great for groups with up to 30 delegates able to take part at the same time. Wakeboarding and knee boarding encourages delegates to support and help each other, sharing tips and experiences to progress their level of ability. Delegates must have good all round fitness and be able to swim at least 50m. Full kit and tuition are provided. Boat Water Skiing Our purpose dug Northern lake offers premium quality boat tows for water skiing. One-to-one coaching from our experienced instructors ensures you have the best chance of improving regardless of your level and, with a training boom to assist beginners, getting started couldn t be easier.

5 Archery A classic activity and one that appeals to the widest possible spectrum of guests. Our range requires both skill and steady nerves to hit "gold" although a few wayward arrows are only to be expected! Our bows are light and easy to use and our qualified friendly instructors will ensure that everyone has fun. Your guests will find nothing more rewarding than the first time they fire an arrow straight into the centre of the bull s-eye. Air Rifle Shooting Another classic activity with a broad appeal. Target shooting never fails to get the competitive spirit going. With a specially built shooting range able to accommodate up to four people at once our specialist instructors can adjust the targets and distances to ensure all ages and abilities get the best out of it, from complete novices to seasoned sharp shooters, Initiative Exercises & Team building activities We have an assortment of land and water based initiative exercises which we can tailor according to the size of group, time required and your desired objectives. Our enthusiastic experienced staff will ensure that your guests are challenged to work together to solve the tasks!

6 Our Facilities The Cedar Room Ideally suited for small conferences, large meetings, training courses and presentations The Cedar Room is the largest and most flexible of our meeting rooms. The double doors open out onto the main gallery which overlooks the bar and restaurant below and boasts great views across the Southern Lake. The Maple Boardroom Situated in a quiet end of the building this bright and airy boardroom seats up to 12 delegates and offers a unique space ideal for meetings and small seminars. The Maple Room benefits from double doors opening onto a large outdoor balcony with superb views over the lake The Gallery Our first floor Gallery presents a unique spot for meeting & greeting or wining & dining your guests. The lounge area certainly has the best view in the house across the Southern Lake to the River Great Ouse and allows you to soak up the atmosphere of the bar & restaurant below while still enjoying complete privacy.

7 Catering Options If you are looking for an easy option we can offer you a selection of delicious hot and cold set menus ranging from on-the-go finger foods through to a plated buffet. We also have an exciting selection of set menus with influences from around the globe all freshly prepared by our team of Chefs. Alternatively if you have an idea in mind and a budget to stick to we can work with you to come up with an entirely bespoke menu for whatever occasion you are planning. If you want to add a touch of sparkle to your event then why not offer your guests a reception drink, perhaps a chilled glass of Champagne or a refreshing Pimms and lemonade. 10 Package 1 The Management Away Day Full day for small groups up to 12 delegates with half day company-led boardroom-based session and half day water sports activities. 08:30 Arrival, tea, coffee and warm pastries MORNING SESSION 09:00 12:00 Meeting in Maple Boardroom with mid morning break. Tea, coffee and biscuits served to the room. 12:00 13:00 Light sandwich platter buffet accompanied by handmade cakes, fresh fruit, tea, coffee and fruit juices, served on upstairs indoor Gallery overlooking Southern Lake. AFTERNOON SESSION 13:00 Start of water sports activities. Safety briefing and kitting up. 13:30 15:30 2 hour session on cable tow with full instruction. Delegates will have the chance to try kneeboarding, waterskiing and wakeboarding on our cable tow system. 16:00 16:30 Wrap up, prize giving and depart. Available for 45 per delegate (excluding VAT).
