How to view tenders on TenderNed

1 How to view tenders on TenderNed When you visit the TenderNed website, you will automatically enter its public homepage, from where you can navigate within the website. To view tender notices, click on the 'Aankondigingen' ('Announcements') tab (see arrow). 1

2 Here you will see a list of all tender notices. In the 'Aankondigingen' screen, you can choose to see more or fewer details of the tender notices (see arrow). On the left of the 'Aankondigingen' screen, you will see a search box you can use to search for specific tender notices on the list. You can search for a tender notice in three ways: 1. Go to 'Aankondigingen' and enter a word in the search box under 'Publicaties zoeken' ('Search tender notices'). Your word may be part of the title of an invitation to tender or a reference number. Then click on 'Zoek' ('Search'); and/or 2. You can filter the tender notices by clicking on the features you want to see. The filter features included are 'services', 'supplies', 'works'/'national', 'European'/'prior information notice', 'notice of contract', 'contract award notice'/ 'type of procedure' and 'date of publication'. Then click on 'Zoeken' and/or 3. You can choose from the headings contract location (NUTS code), and contract description code (CPV code); Once you have found the invitation to tender, click on its title. This will take you to the 'Samenvatting' ('Summary') tab, where you will see a summary of the invitation to tender and the details of the contract. 2

3 To view more information about the invitation to tender, click on the 'Publicatie' ('tender notice') tab (see arrow), where you will find information about the contracting authority and the procedure. If you want to see a list of documents attached as annexes, click on the 'Documenten' ('Documents') tab (see arrow). You need to be a registered user to see the attached documents. 3

4 Registering If you want to consult the documents attached to a published invitation to tender, you need to log in to TenderNed. If you don't have a user account yet, you can easily and quickly register. Click on 'Registreren' (Register) (see red arrow) at the top of this webpage or the homepage. Step 1 Log-in information Enter a user name, address and password. Select your given name plus surname as your user name, for example. Your password must have at least six characters, at least one of which is a capital letter, one a small letter, one a digit, and one a punctuation mark. Then click on 'Volgende stap' ('Next step'). 4

5 Step 2 Contact details Enter your contact details, such as your name and telephone number(s) and the name and address of your organisation. Then click on 'Volgende stap' ('Next step'). 5

6 Step 3 Check details and accept terms of use Check the accuracy of all the information you have entered in the previous two steps. If any of your information is inaccurate, click on 'Vorige stap' ('Previous step') and edit your information. Then click on 'Volgende stap' ('Next step'). You can check TenderNed's conditions of use. To do so, click on 'Gebruiksvoorwaarden' ('Conditions of use'). If you agree to the conditions, check the box next to 'Ik ga akkoord met de gebruiksvoorwaarden' ('I agree to the conditions of use'). Then click on 'Volgende stap' ('Next step'). 6

7 Step 4 Completion You have now created a TenderNed account, but it is not yet active. You will receive an message containing your activation link at the address you have entered. Click on the activation link in your message, and your TenderNed account will be activated. You must do so within 10 days or your activation link will expire, and you will have to register again. If you do not receive an message with a TenderNed activation link, follow the instructions below. Check whether the address you entered in step 1 (Log-in information) is correct. Check whether the message has been blocked by a spam filter, in which case the message will land in your spam/junk mail box. Alternatively, check if the is on the 'whitelist' of your mailprovider. Once your information is correct and complete, TenderNed will send you an message with an activation link. By clicking on the link, you will activate your account. If you still do not receive the message, phone the service desk on +31 (0)

8 Logging in to TenderNed Click on the 'Inloggen' ('Log in') option (see arrow) at the top of the homepage. Enter your user name or e-adres and password, and then click on the 'Inloggen' ('Log in') button below. You will then enter your personal homepage.
