PRODUCT AND SERVICES B.1. MASSAGES B.1.1. Foot Massage 30 minute foot treatment, which consist of deep and relaxing massage to the feet, with long strokes to relax and restore blood circulation. This is recommended as an excellent rejuvenation therapy after hiking, trekking or even after a day shopping in Ubud. B.1.2. Anti Stress Massage 30 minute massage for those who suffer from stress, this treatment focuses on areas that tension affects such as the back, face and shoulders. B.1.3. Tension Relief Massage 30 minutes massage that is centered and concentrates on your back, neck and shoulders, massaging to relieve tension and reduce stressed muscles. 2

3 B.1.4 Balinese Full Body Massage Traditional healing and relaxing massage that has been handed down through generations. The technique of using long strokes, completed with acupressure points, renews and strengthens the body. B.1.5 Reflexology Massage This specialized foot and hand massage assists in relief or stress and tension. This technique is based on the premise that the body contains energy or Chi that constantly flows through channels or zones. These channels unite to form the reflex points on the feet and hands (and which are related to the nervous system). It is believed to improve blood circulation and the nervous system to its natural state of equilibrium. B.2. BODY TREATMENT B.2.1 Javanese Royal Treatment of Lulur Ayu This treatment was once reserved for royalty in Java. Lulur is made from rice, turmeric, and aromatic sandalwood that has a function of enlightening your skin Enjoy traditional Balinese Massage for 60 minutes, followed by your therapist polishing your body with the lulur to remove any dead skin cells, refreshing and smoothing your new skin until the lulur is absorbed into the skin. The next part of the treatment involves applying a specially prepared yoghurt to moisturize the skin. On completion, it is time to completely relax in a 15 minute flower bath. B.2.2 Chocolate Scrub This indulgent experience is designed for, but not exclusive to, honeymooners in the paradise that is Bali. The aroma of the chocolate is believed to accentuate attraction and set the mood for love. You begin with traditional Balinese Massage for 60 minutes, and then the therapist will polish your body with chocolate cream that is mixed with some traditional herbs and rice. This rejuvenates the skin to delay premature aging and wrinkles so that the skin will feel 3

4 smooth and soft like that of a baby. Follow up with a 15 minute flower milk bath to further moisturize your skin and deepen your relaxation. B.2.3 Balinese Boreh From centuries past until now, people throughout Indonesia, and especially Bali, use this treatment as part of their daily lives. A potion-like paste is made from very traditional ingredients, a blend of herbs of spices which include cloves, ginger, temu, kencur mixed with rice that actually warms the body and has a healing effect. It is recommended if you are feeling unwell or tired after a particularly hectic day to calm the body and prepare it for sleep and rest Please note that Meboreh treatment is not recommended for small children or pregnant women because of the warming effect on the body B.2.4 Green Tea Scrub Made from the blend of green tea mixed with rice and aromatic sandalwood, this scrub is used to remove dead skin cells and thus rejuvenate the skin, making it look brighter. After the treatment, you will be given a refreshing healthy organic drink of hot ginger tea to sip as it will improve your blood circulation B.3 SALON TREATMENT B.3.1.
