The stadium is equipped with 8 lines in straight track as well as in oval track. The surface is MONDO. Participants: Athletes born in 1999 and after are eligible to compete. Number of athletes per country for each individual event is 2 and 1 relay. The team may consist of maximum 82 persons in quota (including officials) whose full board accommodation expenses are covered by organiser. Transport and insurance are each federation responsibility. Arrivals and accommodations: Arrivals to Brno are planned on Friday 10 June 2016 until 6 pm. Accommodation will be provided in College campuses VUT, Kolejni 2, Brno. The distance to the stadium is approximately 400m /7 min by walk/. GPS N, E The organizer will not provide transfer to the venue. Head of accommodation is Tomas Klima: Board: Meals will be served in Pizzeria Mozzarella /A03/ in accommodation area. All the athletes must report according to the following times before start of the corresponding event. Medical service: Is secured in the finish area of the stadium Pod Palackeho vrchem. Doping control: Doping controls shall be conducted in accordance with IAAF Rules and Procedures. Official training and Technical Meeting: Official training will be possible on Friday 10 June 2016 from 16 to 19 p.m. Technical Meeting will be staged on Friday 10 June 2016 at 8,30 p.m. in Caffe Bar Piccolo /A03/ - walk distance. Maximum of 4 representatives per each team may attend. Entry: The list of participants with names in alphabetical order shall be sent on the official Entry Form by Monday 6 June 2016, 12 am in electronic version to the atletika@atletika.cz at the latest.

Relays will be scored by following method: 9, 6, 4 a 2 body. Allocation of lanes, jumping start heights and progression: It will be specified at the Technical Meeting on 10 June in Brno. Award Ceremonies: Teams that are placed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will receive cups. The overall winner will receive a trophy also. Opening ceremony: 3 participants from each team can take part in the opening ceremony at 11 am at the main stadium 11 June Others: Dressing rooms are located in the main building (organizer is not responsible for personal belongings and potentional losses). Each athlete will receive 2 start numbers which have to be displayed on the chest and on the back (except for in High Jump and Pole Vault events where only one number can be worn). Parking is allowed only on car park under the stadium at the main entrance.
