1 Q: How Do I Login to the Recruiting Dashboard? 1. Go to 2. Enter your address. 3. Enter the password you created; link to password comes from a system-generated (jobnotification@jobs2web.com) and must be completed in 72 hours from when you receive your login access. Please check your spam folder if you don t see at first. Contact your internal Jobs2web super user if you need a password reset. If you don t know who your internal Jobs2web super users are, your Jobs2web account contact. Q: I need a quick way of explaining Jobs2web and the Recruiting Dashboard to a colleague. Can you give me a quick overview? Jobs2web helps optimize your interactive recruiting strategy by driving candidates directly to your career site versus relying on job boards to promote open positions. Jobs2Web is a recruitment platform that does not replace your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) but is a separate site that heavily utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) to attract new talent from multiple online channels which significantly boosts your findability quotient online. Much of your corporate career website redirects to land on the Jobs2web site, which usually begins with jobs.yourcompanyname.com or careers.yourcompanyname.com. As potential applicants land on your Jobs2web site they have the option to set up a search agent to receive s on jobs they are interested in. The Jobs2web system will send out s on a regular basis notifying them of openings. Another option for potential candidates on your Jobs2web site is to Join Your Talent Community which means prospective talent can complete some basic info about themselves (name, , company working for) - information that you will have access to! Thus, you are building a database of talent interested in your company that might not be ready to submit a resume. As Job Seekers come to your site through s, links, and web pages, Jobs2web s advanced source engine tracks the source of traffic and segments the data into comprehensible source categories. Traffic is then separated into major Types and Engines. The actual source information and campaign data is also presented when applicable. The scenario below takes place for each visitor, new member and applicant: 1 P a g e

2 Q: I am logged into the Recruiting Dashboard. Now what? What kind of information can I find? The main page you see when you login is the overview page, giving you the following information: o o o Active jobs on the Jobs2web ( optimized site. A pie chart breakout of your overall visitor traffic both MTD and YTD. Talent Community growth over the time frame shown in the graph. The orange ticker at the top gives you the following information: Jobs: total number of active jobs on your jobs2web site as of the last job collection. Visitors MTD: total number of visitors that have come to your site this month. Members: total number of talent community members in your community since your site has gone live. Applies: total number of Jobs2web applies, otherwise known as apply starts. 2 P a g e

3 s per day: average number of s sent per day over the last 30 days. These are the notifications your talent community members receive that contain job alerts and bring them back into your site to apply for jobs. Return applies: total number of talent community members that have started an apply at least one day after joining your talent community. Data shows us that many people are not ready to apply for jobs the moment they find a job online. Thus, giving those prospects the option to subscribe, or watch, your jobs is a key benefit of your Jobs2web platform. Q: What sort of information can I see in the Visitors Tab? In the Visitor Search Tab, you can see a list of visitors to your site, based on any of the following filters: Visit Date: Displays a predefined set of date ranges. Dates are based on the day the visitor was captured in the RMP. Start and End: Displays the predefined set of date ranges from the period filter. It also allows you enter a custom range. Referrer Type: Filter for narrowing the result set to a specific source grouping/type. This list contains only actively used types in alphabetical order. Referrer Engine: Filter for narrowing the result set to a specific source. This list contains only actively used types in alphabetical order. Country: A drop-down field that displays a pre-defined set of countries. This is used to filter on the associated country from the visitor s IP address. Keyword: A free form field that filters results based on keywords visitors use when searching. These keywords are tracked in the RMP (Recruitment Marketing Platform) when the visitor lands on the page. Source: A free form field that filters based on the actual source URL of the visitor. Entering a portion of the URL will filter the result set. Campaign: A free form field that filters results on any campaign code. In the Visitor Search Tab, you can also run different reports based off the following: 3 P a g e

4 Date: Displays the date and time that the individual was tracked in the RMP. Dates are based on the day the visitor was captured in the RMP, and times are displayed in the Central Time zone. Keyword: Words that the individual typed in when searching an aggregator or search engine. Type: Sources categorized by RMP based on the custom rules engine. Engine: Subcategory of Type that lists the actual referring source categorized by the RMP. Clicking on this engine element will display the actual page the visitor was on when he or she was navigating to the RMP. Results presented will vary depending on the Engine and keywords used. Source: URL the visitor came from. Source is tagged when the visitor lands on the RMP page. Campaign: Custom code that can be tracked in the referring URL from the RMP. The maximum campaign length captured is 100 characters. Landing: The page the visitor first landed on in the RMP. Clicking on the page will bring the user to the actual page the visitor landed on. Country: The country that is associated with the visitor s IP address. In the Visitor Overview Tab, view site visitors by Type and Engine, and also see the cumulative visitors by day, week, or month. Source of Visitor (Pie Chart): Displays the percent of visitors by Source Engine for the filter set. Only the top 10 sources are displayed. Visitors who are not in the top 10 sources will be aggregated into the other category. Types of Searches (Pie Chart): Displays the percent of visitors-by-type for the filter set. Only the top 10 sources are displayed. Visitors who are not in the top 10 sources will be aggregated into the other category. Inbound Candidate Traffic (Vertical Bar Chart): Displays the total number of visitors for the selected report criteria from the date filter and timeframe. In the Visitor Map Tab, view a world map of your visitors, as well as corresponding geographies with the count of visitors. You can enter any of the following filters: 4 P a g e

5 Visit Date: Predefined set of date ranges you can select from. The dates are based on the day the visitor was captured in the RMP. Start and End: Displays the predefined set of date ranges from the period filter, and also allows you to enter your own range. Segment Category: The primary category for the job, as defined by the RMP Jobs Segment Engine. Example: Search Engine Segment Subcategory: Subcategory for the primary job category, as defined by the RMP Jobs Segment Engine. Example: Google, a specific type of Search Engine. Keyword: A free form field used to filter keywords that are tracked by the RMP when a visitor lands on a page. Helpful Tip: When viewing the map, the legend on the right will highlight the countries with the corresponding visitor counts when you hover over the related section of the key. By clicking on a country, you can view more detailed counts by state/region and can further drill down to more specific counts by city within the state/region. Also note: Visitor counts by location are based on the availability of the visitor s IP address and accuracy of their network provider. Because of this, counts on the Visitors Map may be different than counts on other reports. The map is indented to provide an overview and give you a general idea where visitors are located. In the Visitor By Day & Time Tab, get a count of visitors by the day of the week and time of day. 6 Category: Primary category for the job, as defined by the RMP Jobs Segment Engine. Keyword: A free form field to filter keywords that have been tracked in the RMP when visitors land on pages. Country: A drop-down field that displays a pre-defined set of countries; used to filter the associated country from the visitor s IP address. Visitors by Day of Week (Vertical Bar Chart) Displays the total count of visitors for each day based on the selected filter criteria. Visitors by Time of Day (Central Time) (Vertical Bar Chart) Displays the total count of visitors segmented by the 24 hours in a day. Segment Tab: Displays the visitor count by job category. RMP uses keywords entered in search engine or aggregator searches and applies rules of the Job Segments Engine to determine the appropriate category and sub category of the search. Only visitors who have used a keyword that can be captured will be displayed in the result set. Selecting the Data Grid tab for the chart will list each job category with the corresponding visitor count, as well as the percentage of the total count for the filter set. Chart 2 (Pie Chart) Displays the count and percentage of visitors searching for jobs in each RMP job segment category, based on the selected primary category from the first chart.
