The good news is that we are already enlightened! The bad news is that most of us have forgotten it. Everything in creation is made of light. As this light vibrates at different frequencies, we experience it in different ways. Our physical body is made of very dense, frozen light and appears solid. In our essence, we are always light. In this practical and entertaining workshop, you will learn to reconnect with your essence and bring the Light back into your life. Using a variety of simple meditation processes, powerful Vedic mantras, chanting, breathing and gentle movement, you l learn to step out of your normal conditioning and into a realm of pure silence, love and Light. Whether you are an experienced meditator or new to spirituality, this weekend will take you beyond your mental and emotional blocks and open you to your own unlimited potential. ROGER GABRIEL Roger Gabriel became a teacher of meditation in the early 1970's. He has brought the knowledge and experience of meditation and Ayurveda to thousands of people on all continents of the world. He has also trained hundreds of meditation teachers. Roger worked closely with Deepak Chopra for over 18 years. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars throughout the world. He is also a Master Teacher with Sai Maa Lakshmi Devi. Roger has traveled extensively in India and regularly leads groups to some of his favorite pilgrimage sites. MERCY CENTER 2039 NORTH GEYER ROAD ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI

2 Mercy Center is owned and operated by the Sisters of Mercy. Mercy Center s beautiful 70 acre facility is situated in West St. Louis County and is located within 30 minutes of downtown St. Louis and Lambert International Airport. Guest rooms are comfortable and pleasant. Meals are served buffet style in the dining room. Guests can stroll through the spacious grounds, walk the Labyrinth or simply relax and enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of the Mercy Center. LODGING AT THE MERCY CENTER Mercy Center provides single and double occupancy rooms for those who would like to enhance their weekend experience and stay on site overnight. Most rooms have a private bath. A lounge with a kitchen is available. Seminar guests who wish to stay overnight are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible. REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JULY 26. MEALS AT THE MERCY CENTER Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, buffet style, in the dining room. All six meals (Friday dinner to Sunday lunch) are included for seminar participants staying overnight at the Mercy Center. Commuters may purchase a meal package for four meals (Friday & Saturday dinner and Saturday & Sunday lunch). Please indicate any specific dietary needs on your registration form.
