2 (A) SCOPE OF WORK:- 1. Scope :- The Scope of Work includes supply of new LED Tube Lights with complete fittings & LED Bulbs under Demand Side Management Programme for Subsidiaries of GUVNL (UGVCL, DGVCL & MGVCL). The detailed description of work is given below: The bidder shall supply New LED Tube Lights with complete fittings & LED Bulbs at the desired location of the DISCOMS. New LED Tube Lights with complete fittings & LED Bulbs will provide low power electricity consumption than the conventional lighting. 2. Quantity distribution of New LED Tube Lights with complete fittings & LED Bulbs and validity of order. The New LED Tube Lights with complete fittings & LED Bulbs are required to be supplied in following Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOMs) viz UGVCL, DGVCL and MGVCL. The entire LED tube light shall be capable of withstanding stresses and vibrations having necessary design/strength and protections inbuilt in its electronics within the specified electrical parameters of the product. 9 2. Prequalification criterion of bidder: i. The Bidder shall be a manufacturer of New LED Tube Lights with complete fittings & LED Bulbs and having manufacturing experience of minimum three years. ii. The bidder shall have all the facility at his works for design, assembly, quality assurance, testing (all routine and acceptance tests). iii. The Bidder shall have minimum average annual turnover (audited balance sheet) of 0.5 crore in last three financial year. iv. Experience of having successfully executed similar type of work with reputed govt. organizations as specified in the document during the last three years ending before last date of tender submission should be either of the following. (A) Single Purchase Order (PO) of min. 1,26,645 nos. of similar item each. OR (B) Two Purchase Order (PO) of min. 94,984 nos. of similar item each. OR (C) Three Purchase Order (PO) of min. 63,322 nos. of similar item each. v.
