2 Itinerary LEIPZIG, GERMANY (4 nights in Leipzig) December 28, 2015 We depart on Sunday evening, December 27, flying overnight to Frankfurt, connecting into Leipzig- Halle Airport. On Monday we arrive in the late morning, load the motorcoach and depart for the city center. After a rest, we have a late afternoon rehearsal. Welcome dinner provided.

3 LEIPZIG, GERMANY December 29, 2015 On Tuesday morning we continue rehearsing, with breaks to allow us to enjoy the holiday spirit. We have time to visit the Bach Archive.

4 LEIPZIG, GERMANY December 29, 2015 Tuesday we present our Evening Concert at Nikolaikirche. The performance will be featuring the European Premiere of A Winter s Night by Cecilia McDowall and Gloria by Bob Chilcott. Dinner together after the concert.

5 DRESDEN, GERMANY December 30, 2015 On Wednesday we have an excursion to Dresden, with free time for you to explore the city before returning to Leipzig. Dinner independent this evening.

7 QUEDLINBURG, GERMANY January 1, 2016 On Friday morning we check out of the hotel, departing for Quedlinburg. One of the most scenic of the medieval villages in Germany, Quedlinburg is listed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites. We present a New Year s Day Concert this afternoon, then continue on to Berlin. Dinner provided.

9 BERLIN, GERMANY January 2, 2016 On Saturday evening we present our Final Concert (Berlin Dom tbc) and we have our Farewell Dinner together.

14 General Terms & Conditions REFUNDS All refunds will be based upon the cancellation schedule provided. Refunds may take 30 days or longer to process. No refunds will be made until payments are recovered by Tour Resource Consultants LLC from its suppliers. No refunds will be made on any services, meals or accommodations resulting from a participant s absence from the tour itinerary or from the non-utilization of these program components by the participant. TOUR PRICES All rates, quoted in U.S. dollars, are based upon the exchange rate reflected in the group s tour proposal. The price will be adjusted and may increase if group airfare reservations, air taxes/fuel surcharges, international tariffs or currency exchange rates are revised. Your director or group leader will advise you of any such changes. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS U.S. citizens are required to possess a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration for international travel. Holders of U.S. passports and passports of countries other than the United States should inquire about individual visa requirements from the consular offices of the countries in which they will be traveling. Answer: Simply follow these steps Open a browser and navigate to From the homepage, choose Secure Members Area from the big button on the center of page, or choose it from the menu in the upper-right corner. The Secure Member's Area page appears listing current tours. Scroll down to locate Échos and NPS New Years Tour and choose the Read More button. The Login Page for Échos and NPS New Years Tour appears. Enter your Tour Code: NPSDEC2015 Choose Submit. The Registration Page appears. Check the information and links on this page for important updates and forms related to your tour. Choose Register Now to begin your registration. The Registration Details Page appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the form. Complete the online payment of the deposit, and review the other payment dates.

20 Question: Any tips for the Registration system? Answer: Yes, several! You must complete all fields marked with an asterisk to register. Enter your passport information EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS on your passport. TRC secures your airline ticket with this information.
